We absolutely loved our week at Benny’s place :-)! Amazing views, super peaceful and surrounded by wonderful old oak trees! Also a super comfy and large bed (super king)! Benny and her husband were really friendly, helpful and welcoming, we’d definitely recommend staying here :-)

We loved our stay at The Old Dairy, located in a picturesque part of the Surry Hills. Gill is a warm and helpful host and the accommodation was clean and comfortable. Lots to do in the area, beautiful walking trails, ideal for families. Would stay here again!

What a GREAT place to stay! Beautiful location, clean, comfortable (good beds and sofa’s), well equipped(milk, wine, tea, snacks), private garden with seating, lovely helpful owners and a peaceful location. Thank you Beanie, we loved it, and will be staying again.

Such a find - we absolutely loved this airbnb! Firstly the design was amazing, looks like beach huts and yet the inside was so spacious and filled with light that it was like a hidden gem. Amazing amenities - pool, tennis court and beautiful walks on the doorstep. The area was so lovely and quiet and I could immediately feel myself relaxing the moment we arrived. The property has everything that you could possibly need, a little home away from home and I loved all the little design touches - you could really tell that so much care had been taken to make the space welcoming. Everything was super clean and Helen was a lovely host, always responsive and friendly! I absolutely loved the digital guidebook which was so useful for our stay, especially finding the best pubs and restaurants in the area. We hope to be back soon!

The barn was the perfect bolthole for us while visiting East Sussex for a family wedding. It was inviting and spacious with a very well equipped kitchen and the kids loved the tennis court. Thank you for having us - would definitely recommend!

Great place to explore the South Downs from

I booked this place for my partners birthday for a long weekend. It was lovely to spend a night in the hot tub watching the lovely sunset across the fields and the next day we went to Brighton to enjoy some of the night life. We had a lovely stay and would recommend to anyone!

Perfect place to chill out and relax. we stayed 3 nights and never left. Will definitely stay again.

By far the best Airbnb I have ever stayed in. I could not fault the whole experience. Every message sent was responded to quickly, check in instructions were clear. They went above and beyond to make the stay special. The Shepherds hut is immaculately clean. We had champagne, a balloon, fresh flowers and petals on the bed to welcome us for our anniversary all at no extra charge. Every detail of the hut is well thought out and had a functional but luxurious feel. The hot tub was relaxing as was the whirlpool bath. The surroundings were beautiful and peaceful yet you can quickly and easily get to London. We followed recommendations for Deliveroo and pub choices and we weren’t disappointed. Thank you so much we will be returning 😊

This was the perfect short break in a cracking location. My teenage daughter and I did some lovely walks, sat at the windmill at sunset, sketched at the ruined Abbey, went to Chichester for lunch via bus. Everything was just so easy and the house was impeccably clean, with beautiful quality furnishings and a really welcoming feel to it. We loved it. Thank you!

This is definitely a place to go to. To get out there and to be away from world. This place captivates you into the world of nature. Once you arrive you are enticed to a beautiful dome which is fashionably designed, and it is cosy. It is beautiful whilst looking out to perfect scenery. The dome has wooden floors and it has a beautiful bed with stunning decor which is kept neat and tidy. It’s the perfect place for magic. Whilst going out into the hot tub you feel like you are in your own world of tranquil and nature all at the same time!. I did not want to leave. It’s our second visit and it will not be our last! This Airbnb is utter perfection. As I was sat, bobbing in the private pool, looking past the glorious roses and onto the fields of fruit trees in the distance, I couldn’t help but think I could have spent several thousand pounds to find somewhere similar at a boutique hotel in Tuscany. It really is THAT good. The Pool shed is wonderfully luxurious. A perfect little kitchen. A huge, wonderfully comfortable, bed. Beautifully curated interior design. The gardens are wonderful and the pool is fabulous. What I hadn’t quite realised was just how beautiful the surrounding towns and villages are. I can’t quite understand why this part of Kent isn’t better known - in my view it is more attractive, but quieter, than the Cotswolds. We’ll be back!

Great accommodation, all on one level, in a friendly village. Avril & Paul left us to ourselves but readily engaged when approached. Beautiful setting with lovely garden, view of the Southern Downs easy, short walk to village store to buy bread, cereal, milk and banana for breakfast.

We had a blissful time at the granary and would definitely recommend this place to others. It’s a beautiful building but the grounds of Coes Farm and the added bonus of having a pool (which if you are lucky is essentially a private pool all to yourself as it was always empty when we went in) make it an amazing place to unwind and rest. The property had everything we needed, including some little ducks who came to the back door to welcome us! We would also recommend a trip to Canterbury while you are here, it is a beautiful place to visit.

Clair and Chris were very friendly and accommodating. Their property is set in a picturesque surround, very quiet and peaceful, exactly what we needed to relax. Several pubs are a 10 minute walk away, and there's plenty more walking to do in the surrounding area. The piggery itself is very well equipped with a washing machine, fridge, freezer, cooker, oven, pots pans you name it. Clair also provided an unexpected basket of goodies on arrival too which was very welcome and made it easy to settle and unwind. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to anyone looking for some R&R.

We had a wonderful week in this beautiful cottage in a wonderful private garden setting. The cottage has been fitted out and decorated to an extremely high standard with everything working perfectly. The shower was so powerful and even the crockery and glasses were good quality. The location is very quiet and peaceful with some good walks directly from the cottage and there are interesting places to visit within easy driving distance. We didn't use the games room or tennis court but it was nice to have access to them. Natalie was the perfect host - unobtrusive but very helpful if required. Would strongly recommend.

A simply beautiful oast house in a stunning location which is near to Edenbridge and ideal for exploring lovely parts of Kent. Excellent communication with the owners, very comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchen and beautiful garden with outdoor seating and bbq. 4 generous bedrooms means family and friends can stay. Would thoroughly recommend this gorgeous property and we would certainly return.

We had a wonderful stay at the property. We took our nearly 3 year old daughter with us and she loved it. The use of the owners garden and the fact that we could pick the fruit within was a nice touch. The views of the High Weald Landscape to the north was beautiful too. Property had everything we needed and was very clean. Location was perfect for visiting Hever Castle, Chartwell, Scotney and Battle! There are so many other places to visit that we will definitely be back to stay again and explore the area further! Sarah was very welcoming also. Highly recommend!

Our second stay at Victoria’s was just as comfortable as last time - a well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and good bathrooms. It is also ideal for anyone with mobility issues given the spacious layout all on one floor. Unfortunately the weather didn’t allow much time in the garden, but that can’t be helped! A nearby Morrisons is handy for basic shopping, with a large Lidl not far away. 30 mins by car to Glyndebourne. We would certainly recommend the Barn and hope to return ourselves again in future. Oh yes, and we enjoyed the welcome cake!
