All the indoor details have been taken care of and a rare stylish and atmospheric interior has been completed in the small simple house from 1978. It is flooded with sun from the large green garden with both south and west-facing terraces and there is only a 100-meter walk to the sea view, as well as a beautiful hiking trail in the forest edge on the edge of the slope to the sea.

Our annex consists of a bedroom with a kitchenette and a bathroom with a shower. There is a double bed, dining area and kitchen with fridge, electric kettle, toaster and combination oven. (No hot plate) There is free coffee/tea. There is a patio door out to private tile terrace with garden furniture and gas grill. It is possible to have a car/bicycles parked in the parking lot. SuperBrugsen is 100m and net 400m. There is a cinema about 50m from here and several different eateries nearby. The annex is located up to a green space.

The house is located with the most beautiful view of the sea. There's a wooden terrace around the house. There is furniture on both sides and two sun loungers for relaxation. The house is furnished with a large bedroom with double bed and 2 smaller rooms with 120 cm beds. The bathroom is a reasonable size with a large shower room. The living room and kitchen are in one with plenty of room for everyone. The fireplace in the house is a bio fireplace. The trampoline is at your own risk. Please take off your shoes when using it.

Vi bor uden for landsbyen Hjortshøj i skovkanten og tæt på motorvejen. Hunde er velkomne. Udlejes med sengelinned og håndklæder. Afstand til Århus 12 km, til off. transport 600m. Hytten egner sig ikke til længerevarende ophold.

SUSET is a COZY cottage between the hills and the water in a small peaceful cottage area 2 km from Femmøller stand. Best of all is the location, right between the hills - Mols Bjerge National Park and the beach.⭐️ At the house, there is almost always a place to find shelter in the backyard, which is a lovely secluded. Meals can be eaten both on the porch and in the backyard. The gas grill is close to the house, and there is a grill table on which the food can be prepared.😊

Beside the house is a small path leading to one of the best beaches in Aarhus region.
