Homely cottage in the national park

This cozy summer cottage is located in the heart of Bohemian Switzerland National Park in the north of the Czech Republic. The symbol of this National Park – Pravčická brána (Prebischtor) is only 7 km far from our homely cottage. This place is unique because of many possibilities for hiking, cycling, relaxing or for mushroom gathering as well. In a couple of minutes you can cross the border and enjoy other interesting places in Germany. The cottage offers 2 bedrooms with 3 beds upstairs and 1 sofa bed downstairs. The living room is a perfect place to sit with family or friends, play the desk games and have a nice time by the fireplace. Television has mostly German and Czech channels. The kitchen is well equipped with the fridge, the stove, the oven, the coffee machine, the microwave, the kettle and the dishes. Clean towels and linen, soap, shampoo and hairdryer are provided. There is a grill with seating in the garden; a roofed pergola with additional seating behind the cottage offers privacy and rest in the nature. Because we want to keep the unique atmosphere of the place, the cottage does not have a Wi-Fi connection.

The apartment on the top floor is truly unique. It is located on the second floor and and the entire place has been restored to original building. The original roof wooden frame, exposed brickwork, original flooring, fully functional wooden stove helps you to imagine what people lived like at the beginning of last century. The main living area is facing the front of the house and therefor you will find a view on the town square, town house and the famous basalt rock “Jehla”.

Malé změny dělají celek. Celek pak prezentuje naplněné sny. Snažíme se udržet hodnotu historie, kterou hledáme pod nánosy jílu, barev, obkladů a listí. Vize je ale jasná. Tu jsme napsali hned na začátku a držíme se ji mozoly i odřeninami. Prostě: "Cimra bude. Nový projekt. Starý dům. Krásné místo. Prostor snům." Schon auf den Bildern sah das Haus toll aus – aber in echt hat es unsere Erwartungen noch weit übertroffen! Die Unterkunft ist nicht nur wunderschön eingerichtet, sondern strahlt eine Wärme und Großzügigkeit aus, die man selten findet. Die Kommunikation mit Michela war unkompliziert, Die Übergabe lief reibungslos – die wichtigsten Dinge wurden erklärt, ohne dass man überflutet wurde. So konnten wir direkt in unser Wochenende starten. Wir haben noch nie so einen schönen Garten gesehen – gepflegt und so liebevoll angelegt.. Man merkt sofort, warum dieses Haus so oft ausgebucht ist. Für die Kinder gab es in jedem Alter etwas zu tun, selbst für Teenager. Ein kleiner Wermutstropfen: Kinder zählen hier ab dem Babyalter als vollwertige Personen. Das führte leider dazu, dass wir nicht in der gewünschten Familienkonstellation anreisen konnten, obwohl das Haus über 20 Betten bietet. Kleine Kinder unter 6 sollten nicht mitzählen. Abgesehen davon war alles wunderbar - wir kommen gern wieder.

Diese Unterkunft ist wunderschön gestaltet und komfortabel. Es lässt keine Wünsche offen, so dass man gut und gern auch mal im Haus gemütlich verweilt oder den Garten geniesst. Die Kommunikation mit Christina hat einwandfrei geklappt und wir haben jede Menge Tipps zur Erkundung der Gegend erhalten. Ich kann diese Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen und würde jederzeit gern wiederkommen.

Super Aufenthalt!! Wir waren zu 4. über ein Wochenende in der süßen Hütte. Es ist der perfekte Ort um mit engen Freunden abzuschalten und zu entspannen. Das Sauna/Grillhaus, sowie der Hottub hilft dabei! :) Für beides wird reichlich Holz zur Verfügung gestellt. Alles in einem ein toller Aufenthalt!

Wir können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen. Der kleine Skihang liegt ganz in der Nähe u d ist perfekt für Anfänger geeignet. Hinterm Haus konnten die Kinder durch die ruhige Lage Rodeln oder herumtoben. Zudem ist die Gastgeberin sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Klare Weiterempfehlung!

Cítila sme sa výborne...splnilo to naše predstavy o "špeciálnom" ubytovaní. Nad mieru sme boli spokojné s prírodnými kúpeľmi "čan" a následným schladzovaním v rybníku...bol to zážitok. My sme boli zrovna v čase, keď sa schladilo v noci na -4 °C, tak sme akurát museli intenzívnejšie kúriť. (ale všetko bolo pripravené). Želám veľa úspechov....

Je vidět, že toto ubytování už delší dobu funguje, ale minimálně interiér je ve skvělém stavu a z vnějšku není opotřebení nijak zásadní. Navíc se evidentně pracuje i na údržbě (opravené podpěrné trámy). Před ubytováním je k dispozici gril i ohniště, jen jsme v kůlně nenašli pepo a sirky, naštěstí byly poslední tři v zázemí u kamen. V zázemí je kuchyňka, sprcha a toaleta čistě jen pro vás. Zázemí se nachází cca 100m od ubytování v přilehlém domě, kde jsou ubytování i jiní lidé, se kterými případně sdílíte pouze saunu a vířivkou (pokud si nedomluvíte privátní).
