I cannot say enough positive things about Natalie’s Airbnb. From the lovely surroundings across from a sheep farm with brand new lambs running around to the lovely exterior and interior with a beautiful color scheme to the perfect cleanliness and every amenity you could possibly need. Natalie is the perfect hostess. We departed feeling like we had found new friends, Natalie and Simon. We have stayed at many Airbnbs over the years and The Meadows is definitely our favorite ❣️ Thank you again, Natalie and Simon, and we hope to see you in Oxted/Tandridge again in the future. xo

Wow. Staying at Taylour House was like stepping back in time - in the best possible way. The house is steeped in history and beautifully preserved, full of character and charm. It felt like staying in a living museum, but with all the modern comforts thoughtfully in place. Caroline, the host, was absolutely wonderful - friendly, welcoming, and incredibly flexible, which made the whole experience relaxed and easy. The house was spotless, extremely well equipped, and exceeded our expectations in every way. The location is perfect, right in the heart of Edenbridge, with a great pub directly opposite that serves top-notch Sunday roasts. A rare bonus was having off-street parking for two cars - a real luxury for a town centre property. Taylour House is a gem. Full of history, excellent value, and hosted with genuine warmth - we’d love to come back.

Our party of 6 were all very happy with our stay. Very comfortable, very well equipped, lovely garden. Highly recommended.

Really nice little cottage with a fabulous garden in lovely surroundings! Some great country pubs can be walked to from the cottage, which is nice and secluded. Roni is a kind and very helpful host!

A great house, open plan, light and a stunning outdoor area with views across the countryside. Perfect weekend away with a group of friends. Close to Denbies Vineyard, which was worth the visit on a sunny day. Would recommend for any group looking for a space to relax and entertain.

We had an extremely pleasant time during our stay. While booking I didn’t realize that there was no cooking range at the accomodation . We wanted some eggs for breakfast, Miles was extremely helpful. He made some mouth watering scrambled eggs for us. Thank you Miles for that.. really appreciate it . The surrounding place is extremely peaceful and scenic. George and Michelle were lovely. They gave great recommendations, let us check in early, consistently offered help and advice when needed, was super kind and we loved the space. It’s hard to find a spacious, modern, AC-friendly Airbnb in Europe, but this was perfect. Highly recommend!

Very well decorated house with a spirit. Felt right at home. Great sound system and London view too. Without a doubt a top airbnb experience and offers great value. Calypso was super friendly and helpful. It’s very hard to think of a downside for the place and i’d only sit this one out if i had a past bad earthquake experience because the flat occasionally shakes. Thanks Calypso

We absolutely loved our week at Benny’s place :-)! Amazing views, super peaceful and surrounded by wonderful old oak trees! Also a super comfy and large bed (super king)! Benny and her husband were really friendly, helpful and welcoming, we’d definitely recommend staying here :-)

It is just 7-10 mins walk to the tube and overground train stations. Lots of places to dine and fresh, tasty coffee spots. Very lovely neighborhood. Thank you again!

Katie’s apartment was stunning! Extremely clean and tastefully renovated. The bed was amazing and loved the luxury of a small tv at the foot of the bed. There is nothing I could fault about this accommodation and would not hesitate to recommend it to everyone. You won’t be disappointed.

A goregous flat, beautifully furnished and in the perfect spot. Close to everything we wanted to explore but just a couple of minutes walk from the busy areas. The flat is so well equip - it had absolutely everything we needed and more (the party rings were a lovely find). And a great host - the instructions were great and we had some excellent tips on where to eat. I'll definitely be back!

Great apartment in a wonderful neighborhood. Location was close to the beach, bars and restaurants and easy to get to both Brighton and Hove. Our first Airbnb, it was AMAZING. Sadly only able to stay for two nights. The accommodation was perfect in every way. We didn’t require any of the facilities other than two mugs, a kettle, a bed, and a bathroom as we were in the area to visit relatives for a function, however, there was everything supplied that could possibly be needed for a long holiday. The bedding, and everything else, was spotless. Not a speck of dust anywhere, beautiful white towels. Could not find a single fault at all, and I’m not an easy person to please! Such a peaceful area. Thank you Alison for being such a gracious hostess

What a perfect getaway spot. We wished we had booked a longer stay! Alison has thought of everything to create a welcoming, stylish and comfortable experience inside and out! Highlights were strolling to the pretty pond area, private fire-pit area, blissfully comfy beds, views of fields and beautiful gardens. Added bonus was the on-site blacksmith’s traditional forge run by Alison’s son and husband!! Highly recommended. Thank you Alison!

The location is great for runs in the park and proximity to the tube station - 15 mins' walk. Otherwise on hot day a short Uber ride is all it takes. The accommodation is clean and well equipped. We had a really good and productive stay. Thank you Max.

Joanne’s place was truly outstanding. Relocating from Australia to the UK was a big transition, and staying here made it feel effortless. The location is ideal. Just a short walk to the train station for easy trips into London, and the neighbourhood felt completely safe, even when walking home at night. The home itself is beautifully designed and incredibly cosy. The shower had excellent water pressure, the kitchen was a joy to cook in, and the afternoon sun pouring through the patio doors was such a highlight. Enjoying a quiet morning coffee out on the patio was a lovely ritual that made it feel like home. The bed was unbelievably comfortable, and the space was perfect for working from home. Joanne was a dream host. Warm, responsive, and genuinely kind. I couldn’t have asked for a better start to my UK chapter. Highly, highly recommend.
