thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Teresa's place. location is perfect. very peaceful. nice little village. Teresa is a very responsive and friendly host. greeted us when we arrived and had recommendations for a meal. left milk in the fridge which was very welcome. would definitely recommend her place.

Great location and a lovely property within easy walking distance to downtown spots like the pub, grocery store, bakery, castle, and town hall. There’s also convenient access to local footpaths, including some that lead to the historic WWII airfields used by the 490th Bombardment Group. The home itself is clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. It was quite cold during part of my stay, and the heating worked very well. Everything needed for tea and coffee was provided, and Hatty kindly left a chocolate cake and a container of milk to welcome me—such a thoughtful touch! The cooking facilities are limited to a hot plate and microwave, and there were no basic pantry items like salt. This wasn’t an issue for me, but it may be worth noting for others who plan to cook more during their stay.

Absolutely loved our stay! Kate was a fantastic host, very warm and welcoming. Beautiful place to stay, lots of history. Enjoyed exploring the local area and would love to come again!
