The house has been completely renovated and combines old and new design elements. It is part of the historic "Schleiferei Zwei" estate. It is located in a secluded spot in the beautiful Siebertal, right next to the Harz National Park.

Small stream, large attic floor. A mixture of old and modern. No immediate neighbors.

The kitchen is equipped with an induction stove, dishwasher, fridge, kettle and coffee machine.

Ski lifts, bike parks and summer toboggan run are about 35 minutes away by car.

The house is located in a quiet cul-de-sac, but in close reach to university, UMG, Nord-Uni several research institutes. The 4 bedrooms comfortably sleep 8 people and is ideal for families or bigger groups. With an open dining- and living room and separate kitchen the house presents lots of living space.
