Located more than 1/4 Mile off the county road, you will only hear the birds chirping as you sit on the covered patios taking in the beauty of the surrounding hardwoods and ferns. Enjoy a morning hike on our mile long private hiking trail that will take you across a clear mountain stream, into the canopies of the mountain laurels and through a rock boulder field. Hike up to Jumonville cross the impressive scenic overview, to historical sights like fort Ligonier, skiing, Falling water and Kentuck Knob, Nemacolins, and wineries.

A small creek runs through the property with a fire pit area and a large hammock to bird watch in. We are nestled in between a small farm and an old junk yard filled with rusty cars.

The road back to the cabin is a little rough but is pretty flat and in no way dangerous. We recommend 4 wheel drive vehicles.

This cozy cottage with modern amenities can accommodate 4 people with 1 queen beds and a queen pull-out sofa. Trillium Acres Hilltop is next door and Trillium Acres Guest House is a short walk through the woods next door, for larger groups needing more accommodation.

Grill some burgers on the outdoor grill and make great memories at the Hemlock Lodg.
