Summer cottage Häggenäs

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. A location close to the lake with a 2100 m2 plot and access to 2 different swimming areas. The property is shared with our other listing. The cottage was completed in November 2023 and has a master bedroom with a large double bed, a children's room with a bunk bed (90 cm top and 120 cm bottom), and a sofa bed in the living room. The kitchen is modern and fresh with a dishwasher, oven, microwave and built-in fridge/freezer. Washing machine with drying function is available in the bathroom.

Cozy cottage for tired hikers

Welcome to our little cottage in the countryside – a simple and peaceful place for you to unwind after a day out. The cabin is located along the Skåneleden trail, making it a perfect stop for those who are hiking or want to explore the area on foot. Here, you live surrounded by greenery, with nature right at your doorstep. The place is small and spartan, but has everything you need for a comfortable getaway. Please note that there is no kitchen and only cold water. The outdoor shower is available only during the summer months.

Ormanäsgården

Welcome to a farm with roots from the 1800s. The residential house was built in 2001 and you have your own entrance to your apartment of 68 m2. Fantastic views overlooking Västra Ringsjön. Enjoy a stay with the farm animals close to you. Go down to the lake to fish or take a swim or just relax in the rural environment. It is also possible to visit our own farm shop. If you want a beach, there is one in Sjöholmen 1 km from Ormanäsgården. The hosts live in the same house and are therefore easily accessible for questions.

Relax with the family in this peaceful idyll, nestled in lush nature. Enjoy birdsong and sunshine on the terrace or read a book in the shade of the oaks. Take a bike ride or a walk in the woods. 10 minutes away is our own child-friendly sandy beach. You can rent fishing equipment, boat, canoe, paddleboard and bicycles from us. Also suitable for those of you who want a fishing holiday. The cottage works great even in winter, it is heated and you can always sit and relax by the fire in the fireplace, we provide firewood

Välkommen till ett mysigt hus där modern komfort möter lugn natur. Här finns ett luftigt vardagsrum med braskamin och stor Smart TV, ett fullt utrustat kök samt två sovrum – ett med dubbelsäng och ett med bäddsoffa. Det rymliga badrummet har dusch och självklart ingår rena lakan, handdukar och allt ni behöver för en bekväm vistelse. Den stora terrassen på 50 kvm bjuder på många soltimmar. Nära vandringsleder, fiske i Sätoftasjön och utflyktsmål som Skånes Djurpark och Bosjökloster Golfklubb.

Huset har öppen planlösning, 5 rum fördelat på 100 m2, braskamin, synliga bjälkar, lantkök och 2 sängar som är bäddade när ni kommer. Härlig skogstomt med växthus, vedbod och generösa uteplatser. Newly renovated and charming cottage beautifully located in Sätofta, Höör. The cottage is located on a beautiful horse farm with its own entrance and patio. Close to both forest, swimming lake and bus stop. Possibility to add breakfast and experience with horses (crafts or riding). Easy commuting by train to Lund (30 minutes), Malmö (40 minutes) and Copenhagen (60 minutes).

Guest apartment in the castle

The castle's guest apartment is located one floor up, in the eastern wing of the castle, above the medieval covent vaults. It has views over the Rose Garden and the Courtyard. The apartment has three rooms for five to six guests. We can't promise all the conveniences of a modern standard. Instead, this is a cozy and absolutely unique retreat from everyday life.
