Our place is 15 min. from Omaha's zoo; 10 min from the Old Market; 5 min. from shopping/restaurants; 15 min. from the airport, and for nurses 3-10 min. from several hospitals. The 1000 sq. ft. apartment occupies the lower level of our house with a separate entrance and patio. SANITATION PLEDGE: We are taking extra measures to make sure your rented space is safe. At each cleaning, we use disinfectant to wipe down all surfaces, handles, railings, light switches, remote controls and appliances.

Conveniently located just 30 minutes from downtown Omaha, as well as within a quick drive to numerous state parks. There is even an external electrical hook up for campers. Finally, our grain bin includes 20 acres of the Loess Hills to explore. We recommend hiking to the top of the ridge for sunset. It's breath taking.

We have a unique older home in a nice neighborhood. This home has 2 bedrooms with king sized beds, a sofabed, queen air mattress and a pak-n-play. A wood burning fireplace gives the home a cozy warmth during the winter months. Outdoor fire pit as well as a gas barbecue are available for use in the large, fenced back yard. Fully stocked kitchen should have most everything you'd need to prepare and serve a nice meal. We look forward to hosting you.

This is the second time we have stayed here and it is the only place we will stay in Wahoo now. It is by far the best in Wahoo. It is a nice little house. It's clean and quiet. It's great for a family. It is in walking distance to most things in Wahoo; we walked everywhere we went while we were there. There is even a basket of snacks, which the kids thought was great. Laura is helpful and great about messaging back quickly.

We really enjoyed our stay, it was 30 mins from Lincoln and an hour from Omaha so still easily drive-able to the destinations we needed, but it was quiet and private, the exact experience we were hoping for after a busy day. Carla provided dry fire wood almost at the drop of the hat, their fire pit area was perfect.

Such a cute and nice place to stay! My sister and I stayed here the night before her wedding and this was the location where the bridal party got ready for the big day as well! A wonderful space where we will share some great memories of. Highly recommend this stay in Seward, NE!

A lovely property, close to town but with a nice country feel. House was very tastefully remodeled with great attention to details that made it feel comfortable and peaceful. Kitchen well outfitted. Grounds were well kept. Games available for family time. Host was easy to communicate with and quite responsive.

A very comfortable stay in a great location. Hannah was super responsive and hospitable. We have a pet dander allergy but had no issues with this pet-friendly rental; it was very clean. Queen sized mattresses were comfortable. Kitchen is fairly well-stocked. Garage was clean and available for our use. We were there over a cold Thanksgiving weekend, so could not enjoy the outdoor spaces or water toys, but they look very nice. Be aware that you need to avoid encroaching on the neighbors' properties, including their waterfronts; Hannah provides a detailed map of property lines.
