Cottage Wipperoen has been in our family for 50 years. It is not on a holiday park, extra safe in these corona times! In 2018 it has been completely renovated and equipped with a new kitchen, lovely beds and underfloor heating. The best part is that it is in the middle of the trees. All freedom on our own terrain of 1100m2! From the cottage you walk into the forest in 5 minutes. Gees is centrally located in Drenthe: Emmen, the beautiful Orvelte and the shops of Hoogeveen are 20 minutes by car.

In the area you can feel free to go hiking or cycling. Directly at a junction route. Public transport and a supermarket are within cycling/walking distance. Drachten and Groningen are 15-25 minutes away by car. Leeuwarden is about 45 minutes drive. Breakfast package possible, preferably passed on before arrival.

Sheltered under a wooden wall, look out towards the Fochtelooërveen and in the beautifully maintained garden. During the summer, the view may be obstructed by the growth of corn or any other crop. The cabin contains a bedroom, bath and living room and the whole can be heated with a wood stove. You can prepare yourself your own coffee or tea in the cabin.

The apartment has a private entrance, patio with seat, kitchen, wc shower, king size bed (2x 90/210) and is luxuriously finished.

Fully furnished, with a cozy pellet stove and a wood stove, this is really a place to relax and unwind! The cottage has its own garden and borders a forest, where you can take a nice walk and in the vicinity there are many more hiking areas. You can also walk from the cottage to a nice swimming pool in about 20 minutes.
