Had a great stay! The location was convenient. The space was surprisingly large for Japan, which made it really comfortable. The host was also very responsive and helpful throughout. Would definitely stay here again!

Great place, in a cool neighborhood, really close to Dotonbori, great place with cool amenities.

Worked well for our group of 6. Clean, great amenities, had everything we needed and was a fantastic location!!! A little noisy bc of revving of engines at night, so would recommend ear plugs for light sleepers.

The apartment has plenty of space and we liked the two rooms, 2 TVs plus balcony. Divider can provide privacy between bedroom/sitting and kitchen/dining rooms. Location was great for us close to Sensoji and shops and markets. We could easily walk to the river, Asahi headquarters and also Ueno park. Trains to anywhere within 400 to 800 metres. local bars and restaurants all over the place. Host sent excellent recommendations about local area when we booked and followed up just before arrival. Very secure building. Fridge and freezer, washer/drier, microwave and cooker, coffee machine etc plus great trash and recycling system with 3 bins and overflow bin so easy to keep the place tidy over 5 day stay. Also the place looks good, modern and clean and all furniture and bedding very nice. The balcony is a great feature as well. Gives a bright outlook, you can eat or have a drink outside on the chairs and table, and I could see Tokyo Sky Tree as well :-)

Toshi was a fantastic host. He was very quick to get back with answers to questions. His place is exactly as shown in the photos. Very clean lots of space and close to everything. We would definitely stay here again.

Lovely place, skeptical at first that I wasn’t the right fit but it turned out to be a very wonderful stay, wish I stayed longer

I wish I could give more than 5 stars. This was one of the best places at which we have stayed. It is newly constructed, spotless, spacious and in a very convenient location (a short walk to the train station and several restaurants!). The house is stocked with any amenity you think you would have needed. The rooms are spacious and bright. The hosts are extremely responsive and gave excellent recommendations for restaurants, activities and shopping. They were able to accommodate our elderly parents and newborn child. They even greeted us at our arrival. This stay really made our trip memorable and we would recommend this place to all of our friends and family.

We had a great stay at Rie and Mark's place. They were really responsive on messages and flexible with the check-in time and Rie showed us round - it was a really beautiful house. Everything was spotlessly clean. Rie also gave us homemade muffins which were delicious, thank you! The bathroom and kitchen had everything you'd need, and there was a washer too. The tatami mat rooms were beautiful. It was a very comfortable night's sleep on the futons. The location was peaceful in the rainy weather - we walked to the beach in a few minutes. The house itself was definitely the star of the stay and was very restful after spending time in cities earlier in the trip. We had to leave unexpectedly a day early but would have happily stayed longer in this lovely house.

宿が海を一望できる高台にあり、ルーフバルコニーやお手入れの行き届いたお庭から眺める景色は最高でした。またリビングは開放的なガラス張りなのでソファに座ってもダイニングにいても海が全面に見えて宿の中にいてもとても寛ぐことが出来ました。 アメニティは申し分ないくらい揃っており、特にゴミ袋や除菌ウェットティッシュ、紙コップなど、日本人ならあって欲しいなぁと思うものはもれなく揃っていてオーナーさんのお気遣いに感嘆しました。室内スリッパと一緒に記名用(？)のマジックペンが置かれていた事には娘とカコイチ至れり尽くせりだねと笑いました。 事前チェックインの登録時に必要なパスワードがうろ覚えだったので少々手間取った時もオーナーさんから直ぐにメッセージが届きましたし、清掃の方が何時頃に終わる予定だから何時にはチェックインできますなど、こまめに連絡くださいました。その際はありがとうございました。 とても綺麗で整理整頓されていたので気持ち良く過ごせました。またとても綺麗なので、家族皆絶対汚さないように気をつけていたように思います。今回は一泊しか空きがなくてとても名残惜しい思いをしましたので次は連泊で泊まりに行きたいです。

Jade's place was wonderful and he is a great host. The place is just as described. We were 4 people and overall we had an amazing time in it. 7-Eleven is very close so we ate breakfast at the house. The beds were very comfortable, the bath and little patio are very cute. We also highly recommend the little restaurant called Ho-Kichi which is just when you turn left after 7-eleven.

Ein wirklich sehr schönes Haus. Wir haben uns sehr wohl in Togas Haus gefühlt. Es war groß & geräumig, hatte genug Platz für alle und war toll eingerichtet. Die Betten waren gemütlich & schön groß. Wir hatten genug Platz die Koffer zu verstauen & sogar unsere Sachen auszuräumen. Die Küche war super ausgestattet und der Essbereich war super gemütlich. Wir hatten eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner was uns den Alltag sehr erleichtert hat. Nur die Lage würde ich etwas kritisieren. Mit dem Bus ist man in ca. 30 Minuten in der Innenstadt. In der Umgebung gibt es auch Supermärkte und Konbinis aber wenn man etwas erleben möchte muss man schon etwas weiter fahren. Trotzdem ein tolles Haus, was ich auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen würde!

アメニティも充実しており、バスタオルも人数分以上準備がされていました。 子供や犬を連れてきていたのでとても助かりました。また、設備内がとても綺麗で清潔感あり、安心して宿泊できました。 お値段も安く、ぜひまた利用したいと思います。 ありがとうございました。

Great place to stay.Big room and have nearby family mart.

Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral mitten im Herzen von Shinjuku. Im Radius von 5 Gehminuten findet man mehrere Supermärkte und Restaurants. Der Hauptbahnhof von Shinjuku liegt 20 Gehminuten entfernt. Für europäische Verhältnisse wirkt die Wohnung gerade so ausreichend für 2 Personen und ich würde sie nur für 2-3 Tage in Betracht ziehen. Der größte Vorteil ist die Flexibilität der Lage und der schöne Ausblick vom Balkon. Man bekommt eine reale japanische Wohnerfahrung mitten in Tokyo. Der Gastgeber hat alles Nötige für die ersten Tage bereitgestellt (inkl. Snacks, Kaffee und Saft!) und war immer sofort erreichbar. Wir haben zufrieden ausgecheckt und würden die Unterkunft als erstes Ankunftsziel weiterempfehlen!

Liren was an amazing host, responsive and had very easy to follow instructions for both check-in and check-out. The space was overall clean, a tiny bit busty near the blinds of the where the bed was but nothing to worry about. Unit was really worth it for the price, especially since it was a 7-8 minute walk to Dontonburi.

Unser Aufenthalt bei Maple war richtig toll! Die Wohnung war wie auf den Bildern , sehr geräumig und die Betten super bequem . Maple hat alles für uns toll vorbereitet und war jederzeit , blitzschnell zur Hilfe , wenn wir mal Fragen hatten. Es war für alles in der Wohnung gesorgt und einfach erklärt .( wie zb die Waschmaschine funktioniert) Wir hatten sehr viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten , waren super schnell überall mit Bahn , aber auch zu Fuß an guten Spots. Uns hat Maples Nachbarschaft / Ort richtig gut gefallen und es war total leise , trotz dieser Nähe zur Stadt . Wir werden ganz sicher wieder kommen. Danke 😊

This place was great! Right next to the beach, nice views, and in a really cute, peaceful area. It’s close to a train station, so wasn’t hard to get our luggage to and the place was clean and comfortable. Would stay here again!

Great spacious apartment in the kabukicho area. Very clean with everything we needed - air conditioning in all rooms. The apartment is on a quiet street just a block back from a more lively red light area. This is a fascinating area of Tokyo - it is seedy at night but not unsafe. It’s close to family friendly areas of Shinjuku. Would stay here again!

Very cozy house in a clean neighborhood. My family really enjoy the quietness and privacy. It’s a new and full-functional home. Not located in center Tokyo, but just 3 minutes walking to train station and fast to Shibuya by express line. Erin also gives many useful guide in Tokyo for us.

This place is exactly as it looks in the pics. Pretty spacious for Japanese standards. Has everything to make your stay comfortable. The location is great within walking distance of both the Osaka Loop and JR. Also tons of small restaurants and bars nearby. Will def book it again!
