The living room, water area, bedroom, dishes, and outdoor pool were all very clean and satisfying!! It was in a great location, a 2-minute walk from the sea.I'd like to use it again

It was a very clean and lovely place, partly because it had just opened.I felt that each part of the house, from the design to the furniture and appliances, was well thought out, and it was easy to use.There was a table by the pool, and it was great to be able to eat together.The host's response was quick and kind, and it was helpful.There is a charge for early check-in and late check-out, but they were flexible.This stay was a wonderful experience.Thank you very much.

Your own private onsen, in a spacious log cabin, with fire pit and a telescope to see the night stars. Need I say more? Really, it was perfect.

During this stay, I was able to experience something extraordinary and was thoroughly soothed. The view was amazing, with nothing but nature in sight! The interior and lighting were also very nice. The akaushi was also very delicious. I want to go again.

It was a great stay, muji-style warm wood-colored decorative style.Pick up and drop off at the port to the homestay, convenient transportation.Introduce the room deployment and kitchen, washing machine and use of the bathroom when you check in.Ask about island hopping arrangements in Seto Inland Sea, provide the corresponding boat time and bus time, and travel every day according to the time plan given by the staff of muji, which saves a lot of heart.Timely response with any itinerary communication routing plans.The layout of the room and the comfort is not to be said, as in the pictures, it is clean and tidy and comfortable is good.You can also cook with your own ingredients, just because this time alone, the trip is full every day, there is no way to cook. muji is not a disappointment at all, and I will have the opportunity to experience it again.

We had a very fun and relaxing time. I think you can easily enjoy your trip with a barbecue and a sauna, as most of the necessary items are provided.I especially loved the time spent in the infinity chair while feeling the sounds of nature. However, because it is surrounded by nature, a large number of insects will appear, so we recommend that those who will use it bring insect repellent goods such as mosquito coils and peppermint oil.

Takashi’s place is wonderful and so peaceful! The village and its people are very welcoming. And the ramen meal in Kikyoya was amazing. Nakasendo Way with its shogunate history is easy and quick to get to by car from Takashi’s place. Renting a car was very easy and is well worth doing for discovering the area. We were fortunate to have found Takashi’s gem of a place on Airbnb. He is a great and kind host, who truly cares for his guests.

I loved this location! Even better than the location was the host. I made a mistake with booking and Aki was so helpful and accommodating, she was able to get me a nearby place for the first night until I was able to get into the Cabana for my stay.

It was in a great location. I enjoyed the sunset on the terrace. We had a very good time in the private space. I think the quietness will change depending on whether there are guests in the container house next door. The kitchen was also well equipped, and it was useful for cooking yourself with seasonings such as Shodoshima olives and salt. It was a short stay this time, but I would like to visit again.

I honestly don’t know where to begin. Staying in Keiko’s home was truly one of the greatest honors of our time in Japan—it was a highlight of the entire trip. From the moment we walked through her door, we were immersed in Japanese culture. Keiko greeted us with warmth and kindness, making us feel immediately at home. She patiently guided us through everything, showing us how to use her space with care and respect. Her home is a reflection of her spirit—graceful, serene, and full of beauty. I was deeply moved and inspired by her presence and generosity. Being invited to take part in her traditional Japanese tea ceremony was an experience I will never forget. She took the time to teach us the rituals and meaning behind each step, explaining everything with such clarity and heart. She dressed us in beautiful kimonos, carefully helping us put them on the correct way. Drinking matcha that was pure and fresh—words fail me. It was unlike anything I’ve ever tasted. If you're looking to get away from basically everything, this is the place. Surrounded by beautiful mountains, next to a rushing river, it's nothing like the big cities and millions of people rushing this way and that you might associate with Japan. That said, that also means there isn't a lot to _do_ in Nagiso or Tsumago, other than hike and see some local sights, and local transit can be a little patchy. The place itself is beautiful and comfortable, literally right next to the JR station, with a full-featured kitchen (a local supermarket is right down the street), comfy beds, big projector screen for a night of chilling out (e. g. after hiking in the rain, as we did)! There's also a nice recently reopened café next door, and some restaurants (though don't expect very long opening hours) too. Small note - if you're _very_ sensitive to traffic/industrial noise, be aware there's a somewhat major highway next to the house. Traffic does die down in the night though.

We had a pleasant stay! The place was clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed. The location was also quite convenient, short walk to nearby attractions. Would recommend to others looking for a comfortable stay.

Our family loved the location, privacy, and especially the Floor 5 Spa and Sauna. Proximity to shops, French bakery, and markets, were fantastic. We highly recommend this rental to others.

Loved staying by the Itadori river, the village is by no means touristy, in fact the opposite, one tiny shop opposite the property, a couple of eating places but they were closed, but in saying that it was great to wander round a "real village", spotted a troop on monkeys up at the village shrine, there was also great bird wildlife. The river valley is absolutley beautiful, we loved the small balcony looking over the river. The place was absolutely spotless and vey well equipped. A car is really needed. It is by a road, although not busy there was a little noise in the early morning but I would certainly stay again.

Loved this beautiful and elegantly appointed house. Small zen gardens outside the large windows. We were only disappointed in the combination washer/dryer because of long cycles and the door stays locked for a long time to cool down. Keeping loads small works best. Even then be careful to allow plenty of time. Conveniently located to train and bus transit with many small stores close-by. In a clean small side street , so quiet and private, but near a major street and the river with great paved trails.

Aya’s place is a no brainer if you are staying in Toyama. Very stylish place and you get exactly what you see. Amazing indoor decoration and peaceful neighborhood. Only 25 min drive to Tateyama station if you are going the next day. Highly recommended!
