Vacation rentals with a patio in Homewood

This is the fourth time I’ve stayed here and I will continue to come back as long as it is available. My favorite place to stay in Birmingham!

Place was nice and very clean. Communication with host was excellent.

It was great for our weekend getaway. Everything was in close proximity. The rooftop was amazing as well. Will book again.

I stayed here while working this past week in Birmingham. The location was perfect!!! The instructions on how to enter the building were so easy to understand and it was a breeze to get into the unit. It’s a very secure building. The was an odor in the hall but nothing horrendous just something I couldn’t place. Would have loved a floor lamp or table lamp in the living room but that’s just personal preference. The only “issue” is the unit is right across the street from children’s hospital so you can hear ambulances but so easy to tune out. Loved having on-site parking and you can actually see the spot for the unit. Tried to book it again for July work trip but it was already booked. Would definitely stay here again

Quick one night stay in Birmingham. Place was clean and host communicated well. Easy check in and out.

We really liked Mallorie's place! Very clean and nice furnishings. Quiet location off the beaten path. When housekeeping was running a little late on the day of our arrival, Mallorie offered to refund some money to make up for the inconvenience. We really appreciated that! Overall, great experience!

Carol’s place was clean and well appointed. She was very responsive and also accommodated late check in. There isn’t much around but it’s about a 15 minute easy walk to the convention center.

Was a little difficult to locate which apartment it was. Other than that. Everything was perfect.

We came to play basketball for the weekend at the Finley Center. Super convenient to the gyms. House was in great shape and host was super responsive. Will certainly use again next time we play in Hoover.

This house was perfect for our group! The location was very convenient and the beds were very comfortable. We will definitely stay here again if we come back to Birmingham!

We arrived later than anticipated so she left the porch light on for us. Much appreciated! 6-7 minutes from everywhere we needed to be. Would definitely stay here again

Haley was very generous with her time. Great surroundings. Although it was a basement apt, unlike others we have stayed in, it was extremely quiet. Will definitely be back. Thanks Haley.

A GEM of a place! I stayed for one night with my baby and puppy. This is an incredible airbnb for a family to stay! The nursery had toys that my son thought were put there just for him (it really felt that way!) I didn't have to pull out our travel crib because THERE IS A CRIB! The hosts were very helpful and available and accommodating. Luxurious linens, comfortable furniture and beds. Stunning neighborhood. I definitely recommend staying here.

Everything was as advertised, I would stay here again!

A beautiful nest in the trees along one of Birmingham’s most idylls streets. This unexpected mid-century modern treehouse had everything we needed and serenity for days, while still only minutes from downtown’s resources and sites.

This house was beautiful. Everything was clean and looked just like the pictures. The instructions were very clear and understandable. The train didn’t keep me up or wake me up once inside you can’t hear it. Next time I’m in Birmingham I hope this house is available cause I will be booking it again.

This is a great place central to downtown Birmingham. Right above an awesome pizza restaurant and gelato shop. Place is exactly as pictured. The windows are beautiful. We stayed for a month and followed his helpful directions on getting a monthly parking pass for the lot right across the street and it worked out great! Would definitely stay here again.

The accommodation is very nice and the location is excellent. The area is pleasant and you can get everywhere. The apartment has everything you need and is comfortable. Sara was also very helpful and took care of everything within a few minutes and solved problems quickly. The accommodation is highly recommended.

We enjoyed our time here, the area is very cute! We paid $40 for parking close by, because street parking was minimal. The area felt safe, I appreciate the multiple security measures to access the apartment. The apartment itself is nice, well decorated and cozy! The bed was comfortable and there were additional pillows provided. The bathroom and kitchen were clean and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again!

I recently stayed at 42nd while in Birmingham for work. The location was perfect. Easy walk to charming shops and restaurants. Also a quick drive to other parts of Birmingham. The interiors were styled to perfection, with McKenzie's art showcased throughout the home. Furnishings were comfortable and immaculately kept. Such a beautiful home. I highly recommend and cannot wait to return soon!
