Our cozy ground-floor apartment is located on a quiet side street in the district 'Franckviertel '. Having two bedrooms, it can accommodate up to five people (two double beds + one person on the sofa bed). Easy access by public transportation (10 minutes to the main station). The Design Center, the University of Applied Sciences, the market Südbahnhofmarkt and the Kepler University Hospital are within a walking distance. Free, unrestricted parking is available along the street.

The apartment is about 200 m (walking distance) from the center. You can reach the surrounding infrastructure on foot in 5 minutes. Our house is located directly on Linz's main square, Klosterstrasse 1. A beautiful old building and right next to our main house the Hauptplatz 23. The flair of the building is unique and so the apartment is just as suitable for a business trip as it is for a private visit to Linz. Linz is usually not discovered at first sight.
