Welcome to 'B 't Oale Spoor', in our nice place right on the edge of the Sallandse Heuvelrug in the cozy village of Hellendoorn! At the back of the garden is our guest house with private garden, living room, pantry kitchenette, bathroom/toilet, bedroom with 2 beds and sleeping loft with 2 beds above the kitchen. The city center and station are within walking distance. But we also live wonderfully free, right next to the forest and Pieterpad. 2025 completely renovated! Unfortunately, permanent residence is not allowed.

This Pipowagen / Tiny house is equipped with; Central (floor) heating, (split) Air conditioning, Dishwasher, Boretti stove, coffee machine, Large terrace with Kamado BBQ, Electric adjustable Auping box spring 140 x 210cm, Interactive TV, Netflix, Wifi, Bed and bath textiles and Rituals products. 1 or 2 electric bicycles for 15,-/ day. 1 or 2 electro Fat-Bikes for 30,- / day Location in the middle of the greenery between Herikerberg and borkeld / friezenberg. Walking/cycling: Mountain bike route at 100 meters.

Wooden Loghouse (sauna & spa at extra costs)

Welcome to our Finnish log house, optionally with a sauna and jacuzzi, near Sallandse Heuvelrug National Park! The Forest House, with a fenced garden of 1000m², offers all privacy. Pets are welcome! The house has all amenities, fast WiFi, and a wood-burning stove. On the veranda, you can sit out of the wind in the lounge area. The beautiful outdoor sauna is wood-fired, with all you need for a private session! The jacuzzi is great! Both can be booked additionally. Inquire for more information.

Het Bosrijk (Sallandse Hills)

Between the coniferous and deciduous trees and squirrels scurrying around, you will find our nice family house Het Bosrijk. With the spacious living room and three bedrooms, it is a wonderful place to relax with your family or small group of friends from the hustle and bustle of the city. Relax by the wood stove, take a long walk on the Sallandse Heuvelrug or eat in one of the fine restaurants on the Holterberg. The house has everything for a weekend or a week of relaxation in a wooded area.

Tiny House the Berkelhut, peace and quiet

Very quiet holiday home in beautiful surroundings. From our Berkelhut you can walk straight into the woods of Velhorst. The house is heated with infrared panels, has a large double bed of 1.60 by 2.00 meters that can be closed off. You may use 2 bicycles and a Canadian kayak; the Berkel river is in walking distance of your accommodation. In addition to the picturesque village of Almen, Zutphen, Lochem and Deventer are also close by. After consulting us, you can bring your small dog with you.

Natuurcabin

The Nature Cabin is on the edge of a 4,000 m2 private forest. Via a private access path of 100 meters, you can reach the detached cottage, which overlooks meadows and cornfields. The location is very special partly because the cottage is so free. The 42 m2 cabin is a unique design and made of untreated Oregon Pine. It features a Jotul wood stove, complete kitchen with dishwasher, oven, fridge-freezer, Nespresso coffee machine and a dinner booth with a view all around.

Fully furnished detached house on the edge of the forest.

't Ganzennest: This fully furnished detached cottage is located in the outskirts of the 8-castle village of Vorden. Due to its location, it is ideal for hikers, cyclists and nature lovers. A bicycle shed is provided. The cottage is heated or cooled downstairs by an air conditioner. The sleeping loft is unheated and really cold in winter. There is an electric radiator. In short, enjoy this beautiful area. Not suitable for those with disabilities. Without breakfast.

Forest residence

Relax and unwind in our cottage. In the large forest garden, you can see the squirrels and birds scurrying around you. On the covered terrace, you can enjoy breakfast or read something in the sun loungers later in the day. The kitchen is fully equipped. The master bedroom has a spacious bed with a lovely mattress, and thanks to the fast WiFi and the desk, the large room also offers a full-fledged workplace. The small bedroom offers two extra sleeping places.

Vakantiehuis de vijf heuvels is een heerlijke plek aan de rand van het mooie dorpje Markelo, op loopafstand van de bossen, het water van de Schipbeek en de plaatselijke horeca. Het vakantiehuis heeft 3 slaapkamers met 2 boxsprings, stapelbed en 2 badkamers. De keuken is voorzien van een oven/magnetron combinatie, elektrische kookplaat, afwasmachine, koelkast en vriezer. Het huis is duurzaam gebouwd, het wordt verwarmd met een warmtepomp en 48 zonnepanelen.

The small cottage

Enjoy the rolling landscape, tranquility and space and the Twente sobriety in the village of the five hills. This unique accommodation is in the middle of the Borkeld nature reserve, where you can follow beautiful hiking and biking routes. Several MTB mountain bike routes are close by. In this guest house, you have your own cooking facilities, spacious sanitary facilities and a lovely double bed. Optional: breakfast is available on request.

Erve Mollinkwoner

A tiny house in a former beer brewery. Situated on a cheese farm on the Twickel estate. This small cottage has all the comforts, including a fully equipped kitchen. TV and WiFi available. Breakfast possible after contact. The cottage has its own terrace with a fenced garden where you can enjoy the beautiful free view over the meadows in peace and quiet. Also there is a cobb BBQ available to prepare a nice meal outside in good weather.

Camping bungalow De Westlander

The camping bungalow is a simply furnished overnight place for up to 4 people and contains a double bed (2 mattresses of 80 cm), a single bed and there is an extra bed in the living room. The sleeping quarters are separated from each other by a wooden partition. The bungalow is made of wood and has a roof made of thick (truck) tarpaulin so that you can stay wonderfully dry in this accommodation even during the more humid days.
