Breakfast is provided and left for guests in the Studio. Farnham, 'world craft town' is a short train journey from London. There is good walking and many country pubs.

The Cabin is a self contained space in the garden of a rural cottage in The South Downs National Park. It consists of a kitchen with oven/hob, fridge and microwave and table and chairs. A bathroom with a shower. A large space with a double bed, sofa, wood burner and tv, there is also a camp bed or travel cot available. It sits beautifully with views of fields and has access out of the back gate to Alice Holt Forest containing a historical arboretum, Go ape and the popular Gruffalo trail.

We are also on the edge of the South Downs National Park and within easy reach of Winchester and the Historic Dockyards and ferry terminals in Portsmouth. Attractive quiet lodge and garden with private access and entrance, is situated in Rowledge. The village is close to superb walking and cycling countryside of Alice Holt Forest and Frensham Common. The village offers a shop, butchers, cafe and pub. Nearby is Farnham, a bustling Georgian market town with shops, cafes, restaurants, cinema & castle, and The Maltings Arts Centre. Regular trains to London take 50 mins. An area with much to explore and enjoy!

Beautiful Blossom Bothy(self contained)

Bijou, comfortable single room garden cabin ( 1 superking bed or twins ) with kitchenette, excellent WiFi,TV and adjoining ensuite shower and WC, set in the middle of an SSSI within the South Downs National Park and accessed by an unmade bumpy track. Please note this is not a village location though pubs are about a 5 minute drive ( walkable with good footwear and a map ! ) A car or bicycles are favourable although we have accommodated hikers overnight.

One Bed Country Hideaway in AONB

Because of the Coronavirus outbreak, in addition to our normal high standard of CLEANING, we DISINFECT the Annex after every stay. We also provide cleaning supplies for guests use. Lovely self contained 1 bedroomed annex with own entrance and small outside space with table and chair. Welcome pack. Semi-rural location in AONB within easy access to public transport restaurants and towns by car. Not suitable for on road cycling. A car is essential.

Recently refurbished, this self contained flat is located above the lovely country Star Inn pub in Bentley. It is self contained and has a separate entrance from the pub up to the flat. It is a spacious 3 bedroom flat, 1 twin room, 1 double and 1 king.
