In the quiet and idyllic Södra Bruket is Villa Sälvik, a wooden villa from 1806, one of five workers' houses at Södra Bruket's alum factory. In the harbor there are two restaurants, Kajutan and Fiskerian, which serve fish and meat dishes but also fantastic pizza.
