Great place and wonderful host! Loved the layout of the home! 4 different accesses to the patio and pool area! We wish the waterfall for the pool had been working to drown out the sounds and conversations from neighbors lanais and some of the lighting was out but it was still enjoyable for our group! We would definitely book again!

Nice quiet neighborhood and had a peekaboo view of the river. Next to the river walk which was perfect to watch the sunrise. We rented it for my son’s graduation from Embry Riddle and it was close to all of the events in Downtown Daytona.

This is a super cute place in a quiet neighborhood with lots of walking paths and playgrounds. The house was adorable. It had a very spacious living room and a fully functioning kitchen to make a variety of meals. The beach and downtown are a short drive away. I would highly recommend this home!

The house is so beauitful, clean and tastefully decorated. It was well lit which was a huge help since our flight arrived after dark. The neighborhood is well maintained, minutes to shops and restaurants. I would definitely stay again.

Friendly and attentive host, check in & check out were very easy and flexible. Very well-located property with many restaurants and places to visit nearby (5-10 minutes by car), including the beach! The property is comfortable and meets all basic needs with classic decor & furniture. The beds and sofa match the description, the kitchen is spacious and offers everything you need. The Wi-Fi works perfectly. We enjoyed our stay!

We stayed here for 5 days while in town from Bradenton for Welcome to Rockville at the Daytona International Speedway. This was a perfect place to stay, 15-25 minute drive to the Speedway depending on time of day we went to or from. Lots of amazing restaurants in the close vacinity, and we did not personally partake in the beach on our trip but it seemed like it was a reasonable walk if you decided to do that. The kitchen surprised us with the variety of tools and appliances. We liked the smart thermostat, the smart tvs, and the adjustable fan clickers throughout the house. The neighborhood was very quiet and the nextdoor neighbor was extremely friendly when out walking their dog one morning when we were heading out. This was arguably the best Airbnb experience we have had. This place is equipped with a smart lock on the front door and also an alarm you get a personalized code for while there for your stay for added safety and peace of mind. The driveway was spacious enough for 2 cars

Wonderful place to stay. A short walk up the sidewalk and across the road to get to the beach. The pool out back is enclosed and was great to relax and cool off. We used the gas grill for a few meals as well and trying some of the local seafood restaurants. We had a great time! Thank you!

Very very clean comfortable beautiful home! Beds were SUPER comfortable, I loved the modern design and concept. HUGE backyard for my dog and comfortable patio for relaxing!
