Apartment vacation rentals in Holland Park

Just a short walk from two very connected underground stations, the apartment was easy to find and, as the photos show, wonderfully and tastefully decorated. Two things I often find that let places down are the shower and the bed - Chris’ apartment had both a fantastic shower and a super comfortable bed. We also managed to take some great photos on the home too. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a stylish stay within close proximity to the main attractions London has to offer.

Our stay was delightful! We felt a part of a London neighborhood with the sounds and local stores, restaurants, & markets. Train and tube were within walking distance. To open their doors and have the fresh air while we relaxed was wonderful. Being met by Rosie was such a treat! She was very friendly and quite thorough explaining how everything worked. When we arrived, there was a bowl. of fruit and a few other items to help as we got settled. The bedding was heavenly to crawl into at night snd both bedding and towels were of high quality. The amenities in the kitchen were plentiful. Thank you for such a wonderful place to begin our European journey. We could not have chosen a better place than this!!

This was our 2nd time to stay at Karen's place and hence two times wonderful! Arriving was like walking into "our London flat"! We immediately settled-in and made it our own! The flat is so comfortable, and we really enjoyed the spaciousness. Location cannot be better - bus and tube nearby. Great pubs and restaurants within easy walking distance. And all manner of grocery stores, a bookstore, a great pastry shop just a few steps away. Karen is most responsive to text messages, also to provide local recommendations. Looking forward to a future stay!

The place was exactly as described — clean, comfortable, and super well located with plenty of transport options nearby, which made getting around really easy. Communication with Angela was smooth and friendly from start to finish. Big thanks to her! I’d definitely recommend this place.

We stayed at this place for 3 nights, my wife and I, and it was a great choice. Katya welcomed us and clearly explained everything we needed to know. There were no issues with check-in at all. The location is excellent—very close to Hyde Park and surrounded by many restaurants and cafés. The neighborhood is upscale, quiet, and very safe, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Justin was an amazing host very communicative. His home was exceptionally clean, comfortable and well located easily walking distance to the Nottinghill Gate Tube station and Portobello Road with lots of great eateries within walking distance. We had a magical family Christmas during our stay. We would definitely stay there again.

The flat is in a great location, just behind Stamford Bridge in the heart of Chelsea. The building is new and really pleasant. The flat was also top-notch, clean and fully equipped. Definitely a great week and a property I'll be on the lookout for next time I'm in town !

Location: Magnificent! Lovely Little Venice area that is around the corner from Formosa St. (restaurants/cafe, wine place, mini grocery store, pedi/mani place, and more). Within minutes (by foot) from a tube station. Also, I walked daily to Regents Park / Primrose Hill. Hyde Park is fairly close too. Hosts: Outrageously responsive and so pleasant. Thanks! Flat: - Design folks will love this flat. The style is so aesthetically pleasing (check out the ceiling in the bedroom) and the attention to detail is absolutely superb. - Colour palate is calming (perfect after a day trekking around). - Use of high-end items combined with less expensive (but pleasing) pieces is so well done. - Highly efficient use of space makes the flat feel so well thought out and larger. - The only thing I would change (if I owned the place) is the bathtub. While classically charming, I think it is too big for the bathroom. Everything else is top notch. Looking forward to my return!

Sharon’s place was fantastic, it really was a home away from home. It was in a great location near transport but also great pubs, cafes and also within walking distance of the gorgeous Notting Hill ✨

We enjoyed our stay here. The place was very clean and neat and had all the amenities we needed. It’s in a nice location, a bit of a walk to the tube, but the area has lots to offer with shops, restaurants, pubs and the famous portobello market. We appreciated the welcome breakfast and lots of tea choices. The hosts were exceptionally responsive and helpful.

A lovely little place tucked away in Notting hill. Close the cafes and Notting hill gate station. It was easy to find and had everything I needed. It was perfect and Beatrix was amazing with anything I needed. The soaps and toothbrushes were a lovely touch too. Highly recommend 🥰

I arrived at Enes’ with a terrible cold. He met me at the door and helped me with my luggage upstairs. The room is very basic, but has everything you need. Enes runs a very nice fruit and vegetable stand downstairs. On my second day, I was having difficulty with the washing machine, and Enis came up to help me. Realizing that I was really sick, he offered to bring me some ginger juice. He brought up this amazing carrot-ginger juice. So kind.

The flat was beautiful, really clean and modern. The cleanliness was exquisite. Having a lift was super convenient as well. Looks exactly like the photos. Felt luxurious to stay there. Location is great, the station is very close and the place is surrounded by various restaurants, cafes and grocery stores. Vladimir was incredibly friendly, response time was fast and she gave us such clear instructions in relation to the check in/check out, where we could leave our luggage while waiting, etc. Lovely host. Would definitely consider staying here again when visiting London!

We stayed for a month and it was excellent. The place is super spacious and comfortable. Easy access to everything one might need or want, the building itself is super clean and modern, and the flat lacked for nothing. We got an instant response if we had a question so I think it's a great place and a great price with a great landlord. All good for sure!!! When we go back to London we will definitely see if the place is available for our time slot. Thanks Ilan!

The place was gorgeous. Great location, near to restaurants and work. I stayed with my sister before I flew out of Heathrow and she went to work. It was convenient and much better than staying at a hotel. We had a fun night out with a gorgeous restaurant meal and walked home. The flat was newly renovated, fresh, with modern amenities. I will definitely stay here again. Thanks.

We loved this spot - easy walk from the Underground, but far enough off main streets for quiet. Great pubs and restaurants in the neighborhood to explore. Perfect space for us (a couple) - large bedroom with comfy and clean king bed. 1 full bathroom, Kitchen with all essential needs, and a cute living room/dining area. the natural light was wonderful, even on rainy days. And the live plants gave such a homey and bright vibe. Nadine was an incredible host, providing us all the info we needed early and was super responsive with questions. I would highly recommend staying here and would stay again if in the area!

Maggie’s place was fantastic—the perfect place for exploring Borough Market and beyond! The apartment was very clean and tidy. It was also beautifully decorated and such a relaxing place to unwind after our busy day out. The hot tub was a massive bonus—talk about luxury! Responses from the host(s) were prompt, friendly, and informative, answering any and all of my questions. We truly appreciated the effort Maggie & co put in to making our stay comfortable. We were so fortunate to spend four weeks in March in this special place. It was very inviting, comfortable and clean. Simon is, indeed, a superhost. He is so nice, and made such an effort to make our stay pleasant and memorable. There were fresh roses on arrival, along with milk, water and some lovely snacks. Self-checkin was a breeze, so appreciated after a long flight. We didn't have to commit to a specific time which is always appreciated. He even offered to arrange a mid-stay cleaning, including a change of bed linens and towels, for a very reasonable fee. We took advantage of the offer, and it worked out very well. It was a treat to return at the end of the day to a fresh apartment. The neighborhood fantastic, beautiful and so walkable. Public transportation is very convenient, but we took advantage of the great weather and did lots of walking. We hope to return in the future.

Our family had a wonderful experience. The apartment was clean, beautiful, and in the perfect location with great restaurants and public transit walking distance from the place. Simon was extremely helpful and responsive. We will definitely come back.

The stay was great. There are a few things I learned after the fact that I wish I had remembered from my last trip to the UK! King size beds in the UK are not the same as a King sized bed in the US. I'm a taller person so the hot tub bath was a little too small for me, but my partner thought it was great! Comfortable and very clean, and Lyndsey was great with communications when we had issues! A great find for us with it's central location!

Debbie’s place has an excellent location close to train stations, cafes, and it is also walkable to some attractions. The flat was very clean and comfortable for two people. We managed to get our suitcases up and down the long and narrow staircase with no issue. Debbie gave us helpful recommendations and was responsive before and during our trip. I would definitely stay again at Debbie’s when in London.

This is a real find for a spacious air bnb. We are a family of six (four kids) and most spaces that can accommodate us are strangely chopped up to maximize bedrooms in odd arrangements. But there’s a nice and natural flow to this place, with two very decent sized bedrooms and two small ones (perfect for kids). It’s basement level but there are enough windows to gardens and courtyards that you don’t feel underground or enclosed. The quality of the fixtures, towels etc was also definitely a few steps above your average air bnb.

Overall my husband and I loved our stay! The place was very clean and Artur was extremely responsive and helpful in helping us check into the unit early. The surroundings were quiet and we felt safe throughout our stay. Only slight downside is that the apartment was a bit of a walk from the tube stations we needed to use, but overall was not terribly inconvenient. Would definitely recommend staying here!
