Scott's property is really centrally located, with all amenities needed very close by. The property suited our needs and we really enjoyed our stay. Scott was extremely responsive and helpful with a couple of queries that popped up during our stay, which we really appreciated. The only slightly negative thing for us was the property is quite noisy, being an old building which is single glazed, so there was some road noise. For adults this shouldn't pose an issue, but we did travel with our baby, so were a bit more sensitive to noise. All in all, we had a great stay in a prime location.

Fab stay at watchman’s cottage! Barry was a brilliant host, super responsive with a lovely property. The cottage itself is in a great location, 2 mins walk to the harbour where all the action took place; fish & chips, pubs, crabbing!!, the arcade and some yummy restaurants. We particularly loved Wells Crab House & North Norfolk Cellars wine bar! The house was a great space, clean, tastefully decorated, everything we needed for a couple of days. Plus we found our bed to be rather comfy meaning we had a great nights sleep! Will hopefully be back soon. X

We had an incredibly peaceful and relaxing stay at Kingfisher Retreat on Mill Farm. The safari-style tent was beautifully designed and tucked away in a secluded spot, offering complete privacy away from the main campsite. It was immaculately clean when we arrived and fully equipped for a comfortable stay - though a toaster would have been a nice little addition. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was fantastic, with underfloor heating that made it warm and cozy morning and night. Although we spent most days exploring the Norfolk area, we could have easily spent all our time at the retreat, soaking up the sun and enjoying the tranquility. Communication before our visit was smooth, and we received a warm welcome from Lillie. The fresh bread, milk, and eggs were thoughtful touches that made us feel right at home. Overall, it was a truly peaceful and private escape - perfect for switching off and reconnecting with nature. We would absolutely recommend it to anyone!

We have just returned from a lovely few days in Orchard House. The house was perfect for us (4 adults), very clean on arrival, comfortable sitting room and very comfortable beds and bedrooms. The kitchen was very well equipped and had everything needed to cook a good meal. However so many lovely restaurants and pubs nearby, we didn’t use the kitchen too much!! As the weather was perfect we spent some lovely afternoons sitting on the provided sun loungers, in the pretty and peaceful garden. Communication with Rob was excellent which also made everything simple on arrival. A lovely stay and certainly hope to return.
