The cottage accommodates: One bedroom with two single beds. A living room with kitchen, dining area, fireplace and TV corner (sofa bed that in the bedded position is 140 cm wide). The surrounding area has good hiking conditions both on foot, on skis and by bike. There is an opportunity for hunting and fishing. Right outside the door there is a well-developed network of well-prepared ski slopes. There is a short distance to the alpine facilities in Trysilfjellet (25 minutes) and Sälen (35 minutes). Here you have proximity to activities in summer and winter.

Take a break and unwind in this peaceful oasis in northern Värmland. Here you live without neighbors and you have a magical view of the Klarälven and the forest. The house has a separate kitchen and living room as well as two bedrooms. The house is about 3 km from Höljes, where there is a grocery store and an outdoor pool. It is a short distance to several ski resorts, Branäs (about 35 minutes), Trysil and Sälen (about 50-55 minutes to Hundfjället). In addition to the house, there is also a small cottage with two beds that you can sleep in in the summer.

The house is located 20 meters from Klarälven, perfect if you want to fish. Down by the river we have a nice private barbecue area (only for your tenants). Firewood to burn is included! If you're lucky, you'll see the moose, they're often visiting 🫎
