Older house in a village environment with proximity to the ski resort in Orsa Grönklitt, with the possibility of cross-country skiing and slalom. In the vicinity of the house there is also the possibility of nice forest walks and runs and bathing at Våmåbadet and the strawberry place Ätjärn. Mora is about 15 km from the property and there are opportunities for shopping and visiting the Zorn Museum and Vasaloppsmålet. The landlord lives in the house next door. Great views of Orsa lake, mountains, fields and meadows. Our wonderful garden with apple trees, raspberries, flowers, etc. Here you can rest and charge your batteries. Guest house of about 60 m2 with two bedrooms, livingroom, kitchen and bathroom. Located about 5 km from central Mora. From here it is easy to reach large parts of the north and west valleys. The cottage is located about 300 meters from Orsasjön. In the nearby area there are several swimming areas, bike and walking paths. Charming stay near wilderness and E45

The courtyard dates back to 1909. You live under the rooftops in the old barn. There is stove, microwave, fridge and freezer compartment, coffee maker, kettle. There's always coffee, tea, oil, spices. The bathroom that is new in 2021 is just below the apartment, but you have to go out to reach it. There's also a washing machine. The toilet is also located there.

A small patio with garden furniture and a barbecue. It is about 7 km to Orsa city center and about 11 km to Mora city center and many more tourist attractions around.

Thank you for the opportunity to stay at such a lovely place. Everything was exactly as shown in the photos and described in the listing. The space was spotless, cozy, and very comfortable — ideal for a relaxing stay. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the host was proactive with clear and helpful communication. Highly recommended, and I’d gladly stay here again on my next visit!

Lake view log cabin

We had a great stay in Lake view log cabin. The house is situated uphill and the view on te lake is realy very beautiful. The house is fully equipped, as wel in the kitchen as in the rest of the house. There are a lot of things you can use. For children I think it is heaven because of all the toys and games, especially downstairs. Besides Tarryn there was another contactperson who helped us very well when all our shoes where gone after skating. She managed to bring the shoes back by contacting Orsa-Mora skating for us. You can skate in Orsa on the lake, just ten minutes drive from the house. And (cross-country) skiing is possible in Orsa Grönklitt, 25 minutes driving. The house is comfortably furnished. So thank you very much for staying in Lake view log cabin! Carla

The cottage is located in a very nice part of Sweden. It is noticeable that Gun has spent time thinking so that everything you need is there and fits in an organized way on the small space that is available. Gun is very nice and accommodating and if I had needed help with something, I'm sure I would have gotten it.
