The house is completely newly renovated and modernly decorated with loft and a full 4 meter ceiling height. Here you can relax in pleasant surroundings both indoors and outdoors, and get a "cabin feeling" close to Oslo. There are floor heating cables, a large and cozy fireplace that heats and rainfall shower in the bathroom. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. The house is located by the water with pier and bathing area. There are also good hiking opportunities in the area. Grocery store and deli on the island, several buy centers nearby and good transport to the Oslo Center. The house consists of two bedrooms with double beds, two bedrooms with two beds in each room, and TV room with sofa bed for two, so total sleeping for 10 people.

House built in 2016, total 150 square meters. All furnitures and beds are from 2017/2018. Modern, nice and cosy house with a lot of functional equipments as: code opening for outer door, ice cube machine integrated in the fridge, integrated coffee machine in the kitchen, two integrated Owens in the kitchen. Bedroom 4 is one big, open room that covers the entire 3rd floor (attic). This room is open and has no door.

Rekkehus med 8 sengeplasser fordelt på 4 soverom med 2 på hvert. Huset er vanligvis bebodd av pappa og tre barn i alderen 4, 8 og 12. Huset er ryddig, men bærer samtidig preg av å være bebodd og det vil være begrenset med plass for å legge/henge klær, da skap ikke tømmes før utleie. Det ryddes god plass i kjøleskap, men heller ikke dette tømmes helt i forkant av utleie.
