Cozy Private Studio Close to Downtown Orlando

Located near the heart of downtown, our place has a quaint feel with so much to offer. The studio is attached to the house but is completely separated from us. Private entrance and private area with also everything such as bedroom, bathroom, and full kitchen which is fully equipped. The studio offers plenty of nearby restaurants, grocery stores, shopping plazas, etc. We are close to ORMC medical center located near downtown Orlando. The best part, is that we are only 15 min from Orlando airport!

I recommend it. The house is very well located, close to the main avenue, which has several restaurants. The place is very comfortable. I really felt like house and with a lot of privacy. Thank you Eddie for the hospitality.

Great space. I just needed a place to sleep and shower while I was in town for a wedding and this was the perfect place for that. Easy to get to and get into. Would Definitely recommend.

Lily's house is great. Close to Super Target, Ross, Marshalls, Five Guys, Chick-fil-a, all within walking distance. Twenty-five minutes' walk from the bus stop, and the shops I mentioned are within walking distance. There's a nice kitten, a little wild but loving. Township would again for sure. You can wash and dry clothes.

Place was super clean and everything available for our stay was labeled, which I appreciated. Lance was very accommodating and helpful. The location was a really quiet and beautiful neighborhood, and it was perfect for Universal!

I had a great stay. The place was just the right size—I felt right at home from the moment I arrived. The decor added such a cozy touch, clearly put together with excellent taste. Ben was the perfect host: friendly, welcoming, fun to talk to, and very respectful of my privacy when needed, which I really appreciated since I work from home. And I have to mention Margo, his adorable dog—such a sweet presence around the house! What a cutie. I would absolutely stay here again.
