The house is exactly like in the pictures. The leisure area (swimming pool, barbecue, sand court, etc.) is really the difference of the house. Beautiful and modern leisure area. The house where the bedrooms, living room, kitchen, etc are older, but it is well maintained, clean and has all the necessary utensils. We did the New Year dinner and there was absolutely nothing missing. The whole family loved it!!!!!

Edgard and his wife's house is sensational. Very well distributed and pleasant. Spacious rooms, clean and fragrant linens, a super clean house and an incredible gourmet area, with a beautiful view. The sunrise I saw there was one of the most beautiful things I've ever seen. I highly recommend it!

Mauro was an above-average host... More than 15 years ago, my family and I rented listings for the end and the beginning of the year and undoubtedly he was one of the best if not the best host. The house is even more special than the pictures show, having a high right foot, plenty of space, airy, surrounded by a very tasty balcony. The weather helped, we had 7 days without a drop of rain and we were able to enjoy all the amenities of the space, pool, barbecue, kitchen and its utensils. We do not have to take practically anything from home: a very complete kitchen, fans in every room and in the area of the barbecue. I definitely recommend the space and if we can we will be back for sure.

Regina's place is a dream. The decoration a show apart . Every day I saw something I hadn't seen from so many details in the decoration. A nice place in a wonderful condo close to everything ! Anyway … it would come back for sure.

A large and very well taken care of Chácara. I highlight the care and cleanliness of the place, it is clear that it is maintained with affection. Very nice to spend days with friends and family. We can't even use all the spaces. Good rooms, kitchen, barbecue area, games and soccer field. I didn't go with kids, but the playground was amazing. There was also a floor barbecue, a wood stove… as in the description. The only space that wasn't working was the spa, as the host warned us. Communication with Gislaine was very easy and efficient, and she even received us with great attention at check-in. I hope to return with family and friends.

Very nice space! Everyone was very polite and attentive. The farm is amazing for walking, playing and exploring. Silence and contact with nature bring us good energy!

We stayed at the chalet and simply loved the experience! The place is super cozy, clean and well-equipped — just like the photos. The view is wonderful and conveys a lot of peace, perfect for those who want to rest and disconnect from the routine. Marta was very attentive and helpful, they made us feel very comfortable and gave us great tips about the region. The location is also great: close to nature, with plenty of privacy and at the same time easy to access. I highly recommend and we would definitely return! An amazing stay! 💚🌄

My family liked the lodging a lot, and the dogs then, I don't even need to mention that they will be drowsy for at least 2 days, rsrs. Caca very kind in all requests and always helpful during listing. There is also the Isa which is the homemade, it was all the time requests and very helpful. The amazing place, I made my son's birthday, it was not necessary to rent any toys, as the tennis and Society courts were enough for the fun for all the guests. The house has an architectural style that delighted all the guests.

This is our second time staying at Recanto Dos Bentivis and the experience is always impeccable. Beautiful, spacious, rustic place but very, very, very well cared for and preserved. Quiet, safe and inviting neighborhood. The market is close (about 10 minutes) and can be reached on foot. A nearby gym for those who need it. Viviane was very attentive and helpful, she assisted us with care and attention when we needed it. I wish I could come back every month. I recommend it with my eyes closed for those who want peace, quiet and security!

Our stay was lovely. Roney, the owner of the farm, always attends to your needs. Jeferson (farm employee) gave us all the support we needed. We went with family and friends and felt at home. It was 6 days of great peace, a cozy place, spacious house, comfortable beds. Nice pool. The main house is very complete, with all the utensils, it has everything you need. The outdoor space of the house is very nice. The birds sing all day. It is very peaceful. Upon our arrival we were greeted with a delicious cake for us to have a good coffee. There is a waterfall nearby, which is very beautiful. We were very satisfied, we had a very pleasant time. We intend to return! I can only thank you! 🙏🏽✨

Comfort is exactly as seen in the photos or even better. The place is very quiet, surrounded, everything works, very good cleaning. An incredible infrastructure. Mr. Assis, who showed us the very kind accommodation. Andrezza served super well, relaxed check-in and check-out. At the time it was my wife's birthday and she left memories for my wife, showing all care for the guests. I recommend hiring the massage of Monalisa Gimenes. I fully recommend the location.

The house is great, super-equipped, lots of appliances in the kitchen, plus lots of utensils. The housekeeper Mauro and the maid Angela were extremely friendly and attentive. The pool is solar heated and since it was winter, it was not hot enough, but the rest of the house and the grounds were very nice, we didn't miss it that much. The house has a “beach tennis court” with rackets, lots of balls, a trampoline, and a playground for the kids. The condominium has no access control, the entrance has no gate, only a guardhouse that seemed empty, but the house has a camera system, and the house is far from the gate, we felt safe. We would rent again!

The king site was perfect for the family reunion over the weekend!! Super comfortable for 22 adults and kids. All rooms are air-conditioned, with many comfortable beds and access to good bathrooms. Several rooms had up to 2 full beds. The kitchen has all the utensils and many refrigerators for large groups, which was perfect for breakfast, barbecue and meals. The space is very large. Everyone praised the house and was impressed with so much space! The area is very beautiful and quiet, there were horses that appeared on the site as if it were something magical. Vanderlei was very proactive with all the questions and helped a lot to coordinate everything, in addition to the caretaker who helped us in the house as well. I highly recommend the stay!! Wonderful weather. The house met our expectations very well, as well as Cris, who was very attentive.

Fazenda Itapira is the perfect place. Close to the city, easy to access, with a structure capable of serving a large group. The house is huge, with large rooms and a game room. The indoor space, with a swimming pool and barbecue area, was ideal for spending the day, taking advantage of the extended holiday. It is still possible to walk around the property, in the old coffee plantation, in the lakes and even in the surroundings, as the property is within Route 32, a path for pedestrians and cyclists.

The house was very well organized, clean and equipped. We were also super well received by Du, who helped us with everything we needed and prepared delicious meals! Due to the rains, we had a small problem with energy and the Internet, but the host was always available and was proactive with the problems. We had a great time in the leisure areas and we intend to return!

The place is delicious. Sunset the most beautiful thing. House with everything clean, working.... The homesteaders mega solitaire and considerate. We recommend with your eyes closed.
