It is a 7,000 m² farm integrated with nature overlooking one of the waterfalls of the Jaguari River, perfect for rest on weekends and holidays. Open concept house, gourmet space, two swimming pools, one with a bar and a soccer field. Accommodation for 12 people, 10 people in the 3 bedrooms and 2 people on the sofa bed in the living room. There are 3 bathrooms, one inside the house and 2 outside the house. Pots, bowls, plates, water glasses, mugs, cutlery, etc. are provided for guests to use.

The house is located in the Parque dos Ipês allotment, which has this name because there are many ipês. At the time of its flowering, we are surprised by this beautiful spectacle. There are great restaurants and cafes in the city. For those who like shopping, the city is 6 km from Serra Negra.

Organic orchard and vegetable garden, heated pool without chlorine, farm animals, soccer field, barbecue, fireplace. Exclusive room for home office with great Wi-Fi. Pets are very welcome. Bed and bath linens are provided. Loud noise is not allowed. The property has one more house also rented for the season.

Casa Groot has 2 air-conditioned bedrooms, a comfortable double bed, bed and bath linens. A pantry composed of sink, microwave, minibar, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, basic utensils, dishes and cutlery, table and TV. A private bathroom with an electric shower, liquid hand soap, toilet paper, and basic cleaning supplies for long stays. As a courtesy, we always leave water and coffee capsules. We are pet friendly! Chalé Amanhecer is located in Holambra, Cidade das Flores. Its location allows easy access to a number of tourist attractions, with a few minutes' walk it is possible to find some of the main attractions of Holambra. The space is cozy, quiet and well decorated. It features a combined living room and kitchen, a bathroom and a double bedroom with air-conditioning. In addition, it has an open garage with two parking spaces.
