It is not new, but there is a BBQ table, a net, and 3 kilos of charcoal. There is a 24-hour supermarket about 20 minutes away by car, but we recommend buying groceries before check-in. The Iizuna Highlands are close to the source of the water, so the water from the tap is cold and delicious.

Elderly people can also stay with peace of mind. (There is no second floor in the one bedroom. If there are more than 3 people, you can sleep on the sofa bed and futon in the living room. Heads up!

This house is located right below Japanese alps, where you can enjoy outdoor in mountains, rivers and lakes throughout four seasons. We moved to this area from Tokyo because this area is not commercialized, but intact from urbanization. So if you are looking for something different than usual sightseeing, here could be the place to visit. This house used to be a ski ryokan, and we renovated it by ourselves with abandoned and local materials to maintain nice and old Japanese architectural taste.
