Our wooden house is located on a beautiful, raw natural plot of land all the way out to Lake Mata. The large window section creates panoramic views of the lake, and breaks down the boundaries between indoor and outdoor life. The house accommodates 12 people and has six unique bedrooms, two bathrooms in beautiful raw materials, a kitchen, and a cozy integrated living room. Also included is a rowboat so you can go out and row on the lake. The house is only 5 minutes from the city center by car and about 10 minutes by bicycle. A very idyllic area with Älmhult's marina as a neighbor with life and movement. Camping is 5 minutes away by bicycle, which has a restaurant and full rights. Lake view and walking distance to Såganäs Friluftsbas with swimming jetty and canoe rental. 5 km to Diö where the nearest pizzeria and train station are located. Add 2 km and you will find Bykrogen in Liatorp. 7 km south is Älmhult with shops and restaurants and of course IKEA and the IKEA Museum. Fishing is available in Såganäs lake as well as Möckeln and Virestadsjön.

Here you are offered an exclusive experience in fantastic nature and extraordinary accommodation with the possibility of hunting, hiking, swimming or just relaxing in peace and quiet. There are goats in the adjacent pasture or why not visit the chickens in the morning and buy some fresh eggs. Hunting experience is discussed separately based on needs, possibility of four-wheeler for transport may be available if needed. A pond is next to it for swimming or there are also lakes around about 6 minutes by car.

Hot tub on the terrace, sauna and a lovely outdoor grill and pizzaowen for a cozy hangout. The rent includes 1 canoe for 3 per person, and bicycles to borrow.

Svarta House - Silent Nature

The house is located right next to the forest. People who come here for the first time often say that the surroundings remind them of the tales of Astrid Lindgren. Just 2 km away you have access to a lake with sauna (shared with others) that you can use for free. On agreement you can charge your electric vehicle at our place (200 meters away) with type 2 , 11kW for 3sek/kW. Towels/linens are NOT included, but can be provided for 150 SEK/person. Cleaning can be added for 1500sek.
