Villa vacation rentals in Hokkaido

We had an enjoyable and pleasant stay. The place was on the second and third floors above the Hanke Sandwich shop. There was a washer/dryer combined machine which was convenient. The shower was comfortable and there was a toilet on each floor. Overall highly recommended.

If you have 6 people this is a great place - spacious, quiet, super clean and large comfortable beds, nice showers. In June there's not too many restaurants but nearby Fukidashi Park is beautiful, and it's central to many places if you're trying to visit both Lake Shikotsu, Mount Yotei and Lake Toya. - nice koi pond and playground next door, also Lawsons is 2 min walk.

Checking in and out was easy once the form sent by Tomomi-san was filled. The house was spacious and had sufficient room even with one of the two extra beds set up in the living room. The extra beds each came with an additional mattress, covers, pillows and blankets, ensuring those sleeping on the extra beds don't lose out too much on comfort. The house was well-stocked with essentials and had a basically complete kitchen. Careful planning was needed during our stay though as there is only one toilet/bathroom to be shared amongst all guests. Overall it's definitely not as convenient as the hotels near the station, but was quieter and provided a cosy environment for a family vacation unique to guesthouses. Special thanks to Satomi-san for coming to look for us when we had trouble finding the house! (She must've guessed from our ETA.) Super helpful and nice hosts! The house itself was very clean and had all the necessities. It’s located a bit outside of Furano and the train doesn’t go that often, but they offered to drive you which was very helpful. Although I’d still say having your own car is the best option to get around.

Overall a great place to stay. It’s really close to Niseko Annupuri International Ski Area with a few onsen nearby. 15-20 min drive to Hirafu. The bedrooms are all on the lower floor so you don’t need to drag your luggages up. It’s just you might need to call them for the door code but if you cannot call just message them a bit earlier for a smoother check in:) Totally recommend!

Beautifully and thoughtfully designed house. Amazing location - under 10-min drive to ski slopes, snow mobile and tubing activities, great restaurants, supermart. Convenience store was literally 2-min walk away. Love the tatami recreation room, well equipped kitchen, laundry and spacious shared areas! House was well insulated from the -10c winter. We loved staying in the house and watching snow fall. The western and jap bath room, shower plus 3 toilets was more than sufficient for our group of 7. Kids could play with snow right outside the house and within view from windows. Heating and hot water was def adequate. We would have preferred firmer mattress and pillows though. Hosts were friendly and thoughtful. Came to clear the trash and some housekeeping twice during our week stay. Their restaurant recommendations were spot on! Really appreciated that! We’d recommend this anytime for groups or a large family!!

A nice place to stay for vacation, very clean and cosy.

Where do I begin? This place was just phenomenal… We’ve stayed at many different places including various hotels (including 4-5 stars) and Airbnbs in different countries, but this place was by far the best of all. One of our family members said she felt like a queen! Billet Co was extremely thoughtful. From the layout to all the nitty gritty details of the house (like the entrance area, amenities, bedding, lighting, water, parking, entertainment facilities, and even the interior design), everything was just top notch with the owner paying special attention to guests’ every possible needs. We initially had to leave early in the morning but we ended rescheduling our departure time just to stay a bit longer (it’s how nice the place is). This place is a gem, and it will be a huge loss if you miss it. Thanks again for the wonderful hospitality.

Simply stunning! The location and the view are amazing and the house is very cool. There was a malfunction with the AC while we were there, but the hosts were responsive and the issue got resolved really quickly. We got it at a discounted rate, and I thought it was a great deal given how unique the stay was.

We had a memorable stay in Rusutsu! The house was spacious, clean, and located in a very peaceful neighborhood — perfect for relaxing and getting away from the city. The gym was a nice bonus and helped balance out all the amazing Hokkaido food we were enjoying! We were actually the first-ever guests in this property, and everything was brand new and well-prepared. The shower had only two settings — lava hot or freezing cold 🔥🧊 with no in-between — but the host replied very quickly and promptly, and Junior was very helpful in assisting us and getting things sorted. We even bought a bucket and dipper (Filipino-style!) to make it work in the meantime. I hope they resolved it soon. Overall, it’s a quiet and comfortable place surrounded by nature. Great for families looking for a unique Hokkaido experience.

Starchase is a great Chalet a short drive from the base of the Annapuri resort (and is even walkable if you're up for the 15-20 minutes it takes). The house is well set up for a larger group, has a well stocked kitchen with all the utensils, flatware, and tools you need to cook, and is really well maintained and kept by the H2 team. I found the H2 team very helpful and responsive to messages. I shipped skis ahead of me, and they were waiting for me in the Chalet when I arrived, and the team helped hold skis for a Courier to pick them up when I departed. Big thanks for helping take care of all of that! If you're looking for a great place to stay with a large family, or with friends, I absolutely recommend Starchase, and will certainly be back!

It was a very pleasant stay.

It's hard to find with Google Maps, but I was very satisfied with the accommodation itself. It had a welcome drink, instant curry, cup noodles, and simple sweets.

Very nice house, will definitely be back.. Slight area of improvement: Adding curtains to the loft might be helpful, its quite bright in the morning even if we arent sleeping in the loft.

Homare's place is huge even for a big family like mine. The 3 floors of the house is designed to cater from adults to kids. My 11 yr old twins loved their room on the 3rd floor. Homare-san has been giving out a lot of good recommendations from food to places to visit from check in to check out. Whole family enjoyed the stay.

I had a good stay in a very clean and spacious 2-story detached house. The host was so kind, and I was so grateful that he responded immediately if I had any inquiries. There was a parking space right in front of the house, so it was easy to park a rental car, and the kids loved it because it was a single-family home, so they could run around freely~~! The machines were so nice because they were the latest. I recommend it as a rental car family trip accommodation!
