This is a renovated elementary school in Niseko, Hokkaido, with a bistro French restaurant and a room-only inn. It is set in the best scenery, with views of Mt. Konbu in the front and Annupuri in the background. A lodge where you can relax in the quiet atmosphere of the mountains. It is about a 10-minute drive to the ski resort. There is no bus. There are no supermarkets, restaurants, or hot springs within walking distance, so you will need your own car or a rental car. We do not have a shuttle service, so we are very sorry, but we do not accept guests who do not have a car, especially in winter. It is not a private lodge. The accommodation can accommodate up to 10 people, but this listing accepts up to 7 people. Spaces other than bedrooms may be shared with other guests. We will assign the bedrooms according to the number of guests, so please let us know if you have any requests for room allocation when you make your request. The adjoining Bistro French offers authentic bistro cuisine made with local ingredients. (Reservations are required to use the restaurant. Please let us know in advance)

A stylish new desk. Perfect for remote work. The high ceilings in the room create an open feel, and the mirrored sections make it feel even more spacious. Four cutout windows and an indirect window create a soft light. Fully blackout curtains ensure a good night's sleep. The only furniture is a piano (not in use). Central heating. Shared Space: Outside the door is an open-plan shared space. An interesting space overlooking the living room. (Everyone's favorite.) The Sekka Ni 1 studio apartment is part of the three-unit Sekka Ni building in Hirafu Village, Niseko. The studio is close to restaurants and bars and accessible to year-round outdoor activities. Compact and well-equipped, the studio includes a queen-size bed, screened kitchenette, dining area, large bathroom and dry room. Ski slope shuttle services to Annapuri, Hirafu and Hanazono are available from 8am to 10:00am and from 2:00pm to 3:30pm, during the winter season.

Our house is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, just about a 2-minute drive from the Date highway exit. Datemombetsu Station can be reached in around 7 minutes by car. With a 10–15 minute walk, you can get to the city center, where you’ll find supermarkets and restaurants of all kinds (ramen, sushi kaiten, izakaya, and various fast-food places). From April to November, we provide bicycles free of charge, which you can use to get around the city.
