Heilbronn and Neckarsulm can be reached in a few minutes by country road. Shopping on site (partly with a short walk): Edeka, Kaufland, Lidl, Aldi, various bakeries. Recreation: The natural monument Waldheide, the Stadtseebachtal and the castle ruins of Weibertreu invite you to take a walk. Within walking distance of the apartment!

Beautiful 60 sqm apartment in HN-EAST

The 60 sqm guest apartment with its own entrance is located in a detached house in a quiet location in Heilbronn-Ost. You can park a car in the courtyard in front of the facade, in front of the apartment, or also free of charge on the street in front of the house. When booking, please let us know if only the bed or also the sofa bed is needed for sleeping. Charging electric cars is only allowed after agreement and payment of 0.43 EUR/kWh. If you have any further questions, just let us know.

Farm: A different way of living.

Welcome! We have two free parking spaces available, but you can also park directly in front of the apartment. It goes via stairs into the living area, so unfortunately not wheelchair accessible. The living, sleeping and kitchen area is very cozy and there is an individual wooden bathtub available, from which you can also watch TV. The toilet is a separate room. WiFi is available. It can also be eaten outdoors, for example on our stream bridge or in the stable passage.

The apartment is situated in the basement of my house. They use the apartment only for themselves and also have their own entrance. The living area is a light room and has an area of about 26 sqm. The sofa serves as a sleeping possibility and has a wide of 1.40 m and is sufficient for 2 persons. On the sofa there is a foam padding of about 6 cm. A normal bed is used as another sleeping option. Parking is very close by.
