Welcome, we look forward to seeing you soon! A little piece of "home" is waiting for you. The apartment has a separate entrance, kitchen, bathroom with shower: toilet, small terrace. In the morning you can hear birdsong with a cup of coffee or jog in the nearby park, and end the day in the evening at the "Griechen" (150 m). The apartment is in the countryside, but only 15 minutes from the center. The Munich fairgrounds (Messe München) are 20 minutes away. The U-Bahn [subway] runs directly to Oktoberfest in 15 minutes. The highway is 5 minutes away.

From here you can easily reach Munich city center for sightseeing, exhibitions, as well as Oktoberfest by S-Bahn, train or car in about 30 minutes. The Messestadt Riem (concerts and trade fairs) only 20 minutes. The Allianz Arena is also easily accessible by public transport. For further excursions, we recommend the largest thermal spa world in Europe in Erding, Poing amusement park and the exploration of many swimming lakes. Welcome to the beautiful and newly equipped apartment in a secluded location with mountain views and an outdoor Jacuzzi. Above the village of Aßling with supermarkets, restaurants, gas station, bakery. To the train station it's a 5 min walk, from there you can take the train to Munich in about 21 min and to Rosenheim in 15 min, further to Salzburg.... (i.e. you can also arrive without a car. If we can arrange it, we will be happy to pick you and your suitcases up from the station).

We offer here our completely newly renovated, stylish Munich 2-room apartment (56 sqm) as accommodation. It is located in Bogenhausen, about 2 km from the center. Great connection via public transport. Nearest subway and S-Bahn station is 100m away, bus stop is right outside the front door. Shops in the immediate vicinity. The apartment is ground floor with orientation to the backyard and is therefore very quiet. High-quality, well-equipped furnishings. Wi-Fi available.

The house on the lake belongs to my wife and me. My son and his wife coordinate the rental for us (co-hosts). The lower apartment in the house is rented, the upper one we use occasionally. We look forward to welcoming you as guests in the upper apartment. The apartment is newly renovated, 100 sqm2 in size, offers plenty of space, light and a view over the lake and the mountains – great to unwind. My place is close to the city center and nature. You'll love my place because of the mountain view and green meadows. The apartment is great for couples, solo travelers, adventurers, adventurers, and business travelers. In these special times we pay even more attention to the cleaning, disinfection and ventilation of the apartment. A day break is taken between the individual bookings ( arrival and departure) in order to have enough time for the measures.

Welcome to ♡ Bavaria, in the small village of Berbling. The first floor apartment is part of a former farm and can accommodate 4-5 people. For nature and culture lovers, Berbling is in the perfect location. The apartment consists of two bedrooms, a small bathroom with bathtub and toilet, a large living area with fully equipped kitchen, dining area and seating in front of a cozy fireplace. Pets are also welcome as long as the animals behave :-)
