Our small residential complex with three units and private terrace has 1000 square meters of land and direct access to the golf course.

In addition to a parking space and a balcony, there is also a sitting area with a swivel grill by the pond. Within walking distance you can reach the Baltic Sea. By car or bike you can reach the Hanseatic city of Wismar or the castle town of Klütz as well as the Baltic Sea resort of Boltenhagen in just a few minutes.
