The house is newly built and architecturally designed, with beautiful materials and ocean views. It was completed in the summer of 2022 and is located a five-minute walk from the sea and the harbor. Here you will find a scenic and restful environment, perfect for relaxation or for those who want to explore Kullaberg's amazing nature and activities. This is our private vacation home, decorated for our own use. We are happy to share the place with guests who appreciate the tranquility here and contribute to the peaceful atmosphere in Arild.

Welcome to Mölle by the sea at scenic Kullaberg. On the hill with fantastic views and with the forest as a neighbor, our house is where you live in your own apartment with your own entrance. Here you can comfortably accommodate 4-6 people with the possibility of an extra crib. Bathroom with whirlpool tub and extra space with shower and sauna. The kitchen is fully equipped with direct access to the patio with lovely sea views. Access to garden with large lawn for play and games. Parking, WiFi, washing machine, dryer included.

The house is well-equipped and offers what you need for rest, community and wonderful moments, regardless of the season. From the house you have a walking distance to swimming areas, the harbor and the city center. Salthallar with shops and restaurants is a few minutes' walk away. You are also close to Kullahalvön's unique nature and attractions, which provides great opportunities for exciting excursions.

I rent out two bright rooms upstairs in my house with their own entrance and bathroom. One room has a double bed, the other two single beds. Included: Free parking, Wi-Fi, bed linens, towels, cleaning and access to kitchen, washing machine, TV, garden, patio and balcony. Stay close to the sea, beach, harbor and beautiful coastal roads - with cozy restaurants and cafes. It is easy to get around in every way. I live separately in the house and am available as needed. Enjoy your own Skåne farm in the heart of beautiful Gamla Viken, with large open spaces for socializing and long-awaited time together, but also with space for everyone to retreat for a while to their own room. Light the barbecue in the private, secluded garden, or wander down to one of the harbor's restaurants and people. There are many beaches in the nearby area, short and long, the nearest just a few minutes' walk away. As well as a grocery store and bakery for fresh bread for breakfast.

Saxtorpsskogen nature reserve can be reached in 5 minutes by foot. Järavallen's hiking area is a few kilometers away. Saxtorpssjöarna with swimming facilities is only 5 minutes away by car. Famous golf course is nearby. 30 minutes by car to Malmö, Lund and Helsingborg. 10 minutes by car to Landskrona.

Nice house with garden

Bring the whole family to this amazing place with lots of room for fun. Kitchen, bathroom, living room and two bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a double bed. Bedroom 2 has two single beds. The bedrooms are upstairs and have no doors, but they are open rooms. The house is located on our property, about 10 meters from our home but has its own balcony and garden. The house is within walking distance of Åstorp city center, from Åstorp city center you can get to Helsingborg by train in 20 minutes.
