Welcome to our cozy loft cottage, built in 2021! You will have a secluded space with a patio to the west in our garden. The cottage is 24 sqm + 9 sqm sleeping loft with two 140 mattresses. Ladder. There is one bedroom, a sleeping loft, a living room with a sofa bed, a kitchen and a bathroom. Sheets and towels are included. We'll put some breakfast food in the fridge, freezer and pantry, to start. If you are interested in fishing, there are good opportunities to fish from the beach. The apartment is a separate apartment in a larger villa. It has its own entrance and patio door to the garden. The bathroom has a toilet, sink, shower, washing machine and dryer.

Local bus is within walking distance. Tastefully decorated with high-quality materials. There are two floors consisting of a fully equipped kitchen including a coffee machine. Three bedrooms (1 x 140 cm bed, 1 x 140 cm bed & 1 x 160 cm bed, loft with 2 x 120 cm bed), dining room, living room and two bathrooms. Both with shower and one with washing machine & dryer.

Welcome to our charming little house in Höganäs. Perfect for one or two people looking for a simple overnight stay. It has a comfortable 120 cm bed, an armchair for relaxing and a private toilet. We also have a kettle in the house with tea and coffee powder. Please be aware that there is no bathtub or shower. The property is close to local sights and offers a quiet place to rest after a day of exploration. At the house, there are both cats and some hens that can walk around the garden.
