The location is rural with animals and nature just outside the door but at the same time close to the city, restaurants, restaurants, entertainment, shopping and beach/swimming. Here you live quietly and spaciously in about 120 sqm with 2 bedrooms, kitchen, large living room with sofa, TV and dining area as well as bathroom with toilet, shower, washing machine & dryer. Welcome to our cozy loft cottage, built in 2021! You will have a secluded space with a patio to the west in our garden. The cottage is 24 sqm + 9 sqm sleeping loft with two 140 mattresses. Ladder. There is one bedroom, a sleeping loft, a living room with a sofa bed, a kitchen and a bathroom. Sheets and towels are included. We'll put some breakfast food in the fridge, freezer and pantry, to start. You have 250 meters to a small swimming area and a long beach promenade for jogging and evening walks with the sunset over the sea. See GUIDEBOOK. We love Kullabygden!

The house is located in the upper part of the city, a residential area from the early 1900s. It is on one floor of 75 m2 divided into 2 bedrooms, living room, open kitchen, laundry room and bathroom with shower. Cozy courtyard with outdoor furniture & small barbecue available. Good parking in the area. About 15-20 minutes' walk to the city center, swimming area, harbor, restaurants, shopping and bus. Feel free to rent a bike. The Kulla region offers experiences such as the nature reserve Kullaberg, old fishing village and sports hall & outlet.
