Der Troadkasten ist ein alter Getreidespeicher, ein traditonell gezimmertes Hozhaus, das wir liebevoll zum gemütlichen Chalet umgestaltet haben. Das Häuschen befindet sich direkt auf unserem Bio-Bergbauernhof auf 1100 m Seehöhe und bietet Platz für bis zu 6 Personen. Dein Rückzugsort für eine ruhige Auszeit oder Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und Ausflüge im Naturpark Almenland in der Steiermark. Hunde sind gerne willkommen, es laufen Hühner, Katzen und Hofhund Luna frei am Hof herum.

Das NEU renovierte 67m² Apartment Mirador besteht aus 1 Schlafzimmer mit 1 gemütlichen Doppelbett (160cm), 1 Schlafzimmer mit 2 Einzelbetten (je 90cm), 1 offene Wohnküche mit einer ausziehbaren Schlafcouch (140cm) sowie 1 Esstisch für 6 Personen und 1 separaten Bad (inkl. Fön) mit Badewanne & extra WC. Die neue Küche ist bestens ausgestattet mit Kühlschrank, E-Herd, Backrohr, Micro, Nespresso-Maschine, Wasserkocher & Toaster. Die Wohnung verfügt über gratis WLAN & Internet-TV.

Caspar's Home

This modern cabin is located in the Semmering UNESCO world heritage area of Semmering. The first mountain railway in the world was built 1854 and is still in service. You have stunning views from the house, constantly you can observe the changing moods of nature and see how light is sculpting the rocks and ridges of the Atlitzgraben. One feels like being included in a painting of Caspar David Friedrich... There are plenty of possibilities for walking, skiing and mountain biking.

Organic farm with sauna & fitness

We offer our apartment at the organic farm on the edge of Puchberg am Schneeberg for hikers, ski tourers and those taking a break. 2 guests are included in the price. Person 3 & 4 cost €13/night each. The cleaning fee is €40 for up to 2 adults & 2 children. For 3-4 adults, for the 3rd & 4th guest per person €13 is to be paid on site (i.e. max. €60 final cleaning). The municipality of Puchberg also charges a tourist tax per adult of €2.90/night, which is also added on site.

At approximately 995 m2, this charming log cabin is approx 35m2 with gas boiler / WC / shower and a fully equipped kitchen with oven and refrigerator. Cutlery, dishes, pans, radio, coffee maker, towels, 2 persons down, 4 upstairs. A small TV and an Xbox360 and a SAT antenna now allows access to content such as Amazon Prime, Netflix, Youtube. There is a small renovated wine celar with 5 different wines from Gernot Reisenthaler to choose.

Rural Retreat with all comfort

This 100 year old wooden house is surrounded on 3 sides by forest and offers a wonderful view of the Rax. The south-facing, sunny view extends from the Rax to the Preiner Gschaid. The house has a heating with two Swedish stoves, which are able to heat the entire house. A modern kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator (with freezer) and induction cooker completes the basic equipment. A wonderful place to relax and enjoy nature.

The whole group will feel comfortable in this spacious space with charm. There is always something special at the large table or on the terrace in the circle of the big family, with another family of friends, or with their own friends to cook, grill, party, laugh. A beautiful house made of pure wood close to ski resorts Semmering and Stuhleck, close to hiking areas Schneeberg and Rax. Bicycles are available free of charge.

The approx. 150 year old house is within walking distance of the High Wall, ideal for climbing, hiking... Soon you can reach the snow mountain either by train or car. The house sleeps 4 adults or 2 adults with 4 children. There is a lovely garden, Swedish stove, a well equipped kitchen, a big dining table, 2 toilets, a TV. The municipality of Grünbach requires a tourist tax of €2.80 per person/night to be paid on-site.

We rent out our cottage, built in 1928 and lovingly restored, which is located on our organic farm about 1 km from the idyllic mountain village of Gasen in Styria. Enjoy the quiet, decelerated atmosphere in our vintage cottage, ideal for 2 to maximum 4 people. Pets are welcome! Bed linens, hand towels and dish towels are provided, Wi-Fi, tourist tax, pellets (heating material) and all operating costs are included!
