100% recommendable The service was perfect. The apartment is a luxury. So nice, clean and modern. Is comfortable, beautiful building amazing area. We love Hoboken and this apartment is top. So close to Restaurante’s and Path. Don’t doubt go here.

Happy with our stay! The apartment was small but sufficed for 2 people. Shower pressure was abysmal but otherwise everything functioned as intended and the host's communication was great.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful 3-bedroom beach property. The second-floor apartment was bright, airy, and very comfortable, with a spacious balcony that offered stunning views of the ocean—perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation. The host was incredibly thoughtful, making sure we had everything we needed during our stay. One of the standout features was the private parking, which gave us peace of mind and added convenience, especially being so close to the beach. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we’re already looking forward to coming back soon!

What a gem this place is for exploring the city while staying in a quieter location. Views were fantastic. Modern, clean interior just like in the photos. Check-in was easy and communication great. Will recommend to friends.

Place was wonderful, it’s up on the 3rd floor so pack light as it a tight space to get up too. The views are amazing, very clean and nice place and Valerie is super responsive and accommodating!!!

Emma has a beautiful home and I was very comfortable. It had everything for my 5 week stay. Some highlights; proximity to NYC with NJ Transit at the corner, garden, proper kitchen and super comfortable bed. En suite, bed linen and overall cleanliness round out a favorite AirBnB experience. We had a great stay! The place was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. There’s a park just around the corner, restaurants within walking distance, and a stunning view of NYC at the end of the street. Jay was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. I highly recommend!

Can’t say enough great things about John’s property! Our family (2 adults and 2 teens) loved our long weekend away. The location is amazing, right across the street from the beach entrance and walkable to a couple eateries, supermarket and subway. It was spotless, spacious and just as shown in the pictures. Stocked with the basics, nice kitchen with everything we needed. We had a couple small questions and couldn’t get over how responsive and nice John and Ashley are. Also super easy check out, which was extra nice. We are already looking forward to booking a trip to come back!

El check in fue muy sencillo. Viajamos en un grupo grande y no todos llegamos juntos y Benjamin fue muy atento y dispuesto a tener la casa lista para el que primero llegaba (incluso aunque era algo antes de la hora del anuncio). Luego la casa es hermosa y muy cómoda por sus instalaciones y x la ubicación. Súper recomendable para quienes visiten New York pero no quieran estar todo el tiempo en una ciudad tan concurrida. Hoboken es tranquilo hay de todo. La casa está cerca de la terminal y cerca de la costanera con una vista de NY increíble. Si volviera a NY seguramente me alojaría nuevamente en Hoboken y de ser muchos incluso buscaría q sea en la casa de Benjamin y Amandine.

Alexa's place couldn't have been better! It's so pretty and comfortable inside and the deck is beautiful with lots of plants and sunlight. It has everything you could possibly need in terms of amenities: every kitchen item in the world, tons of cozy linens/towels, a great book collection, and fun board games! Alexa gave us total privacy, but was also available for anything we needed. It's a really well done place run by really nice people.

we loved the house, the view. Taking the A Train into Manhatten was easy. I highly reccomend Michaels house for everyone who would like to visit NYC and other Burrows. Thank you Michael for having us stay in your house. Hopefully untill next time.

The house is wonderful, we did't meet Joseph but communication with him was friendly . We had a great time in North Bergen . The place definitely had everything we needed. The location is great to get into New York City. The bus comes right outside the front of the house and it takes about 20 minutes to get to Times Square. There is a decent market near by and some restaurants near.T We can highly recommend this place.

This is my second time booking with Sam and it was a great experience as usual! The house was clean, the neighbors were quiet, and the check in/out process was smooth. I’m satisfied 😌

Das Beach House ist tatsächlich nur wenige Gehminuten vom Strand entfernt. Auch der Bus ist dazu vor der Haustür. Damit kommt man entspannt zur Fähre und von dort nach lower Manhattan oder Midtown - immer direkt an der Freiheitsstatue vorbei 🥹. Man muss allerdings wissen, dass allen Bus und Fähre ca eine Stunde zusammen benötigen. Will man zum Times Square ist man ca 1,5 h unterwegs. Das Haus an sich ist top mit viel Platz und bequemen Betten. Gut ausgestattete Küche, riesiger Fernseher. Nur in den Schlafzimmern wird es schnell warm bei sonnigem Wetter. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war schnell, sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und sehr hilfreich.

I had such a relaxing and joyful night at Estefany's place! The location is incredibly convenient—just steps from the bus stop, and as soon as you get off, you’re greeted by the most breathtaking view. It immediately lifts your spirits, and the best part is, you can enjoy that same view right from inside the room! This is truly a top-notch stay. Estefany and Athiaperez are both so kind and welcoming, and I already miss Rio! 🐶 I highly recommend this place if you’re visiting New York. Also, if you’re into morning runs, this is a perfect spot. Waking up and running with such a stunning view is an experience you shouldn’t miss. I’d absolutely love to stay here again the next time I’m in New York. The place is clean, comfortable, and very safe. Highly, highly recommended! ✨✨

Had a wonderful stay. Place was clean and safe in a quiet neighborhood but very close to the main area of shops and restaurants. Beds are large and very comfortable. Well stocked kitchen. Would definitely stay here again if available when we are in town. Host was responsive and communicative. Clear instructions for check in. Everything went smoothly.

If ever in the area will definitely try to book again. Area parking was the only issue. Other than that it was a top tier space. Blessings 🙏🏽

Everything as described. Good neighborhood. Very easy and fast to go with busses through the Lincoln tunnel to NYC (worked great even while a strike when we were there). And it's really perfect to look at the Empire State Building in the evening. What you also should know: There are 2 steep stairs to the 3rd floor, so this is not a good choice for elderly people with big bags. For all others great!
