This house is brand new construction in 2021. This house is perfectly located just 1.3 miles from Hobe Sound Beach, just a short bike ride or walk! It is centrally located to several prestigious golf courses. There are some great local restaurants and a brand new Publix. Located near lots of state parks and nature exploration. Only 15 minutes from downtown Jupiter and about 40 minutes to West Palm beach and airport. 100% handicap accessible. Everything in the house is less than 1 year old!

Charming 50s Style Cottage with a modern touch. Located on a quiet street in Old Hobe Sound. Steps to the Indian River and close to the beach ( 1.2 Mi.) New King Size bedding. Tropical "Zen" Garden in back. The heated pool is in a very private setting next to the cottage. Newly remodeled Bathroom, New Flooring throughout, and a new Mini-Split, Air Conditioner. The entire cottage is freshly painted. The cottage is half a block from the train tracks. This is part of the old Florida charm.
