Past the second garage doors is a private narrow courtyard. Fast fibre optic internet, suitable for video or business, ensure the router is turned on in the studio. Off street free parking.

It is furnished with wood burning fireplace, an open plan eating area with French doors to its backyard, well planned kitchen, a laundry area and a delightful Vintage-style bathroom, a functioning Jacuzzi bath and shower! Upstairs, a spacious bedroom with windows on three sides occupies the whole first floor. The Queen size bed boasts a polished and paneled head board.

A short taxi or bus ride to the city. We do have wifi. off street parking is available within the premises

From all the luxuries of a super king size bed to a 75 inch tv with Foxtel included it will have you feeling very comfy sitting on the soft reclining sofa...
