Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Hoàng Mai

Stayed in this lovely Airbnb for 3 nights and it was perfect for my friends and I! The hosts are extremely responsive and helpful - and the apartment is clean and spacious. We particularly loved the comfy beds! Location wise it is quite a safe street, not too much traffic and noise at night. As 4 girls we felt safe and secure here - especially because there is someone at reception the entire day, and the apartment complex is locked at night. Would definitely come back or stay!

The 4 stories building is actually Mr. Ngoc's private house and office at the same time. It has 2 bedrooms, one on the ground floor and the other on the 3rd one. There's no lift, so we kept our luggages on the ground floor bedroom and stayed at the 3rd floor one which is quite spacious and fits for 4 people. The bathroom is clean and has all the toiletries we need. We could do the laundry on the 4th floor, and washing soap is also provided. Mr. Ngoc speaks fluent English, thus he's friendly and helpful. Btw, he spilled to us his plan to renovate the ground floor and we think it would turn out to be sophisticatedly great. Once again, thanks Mr Ngoc for your hospitality and sharing your place with us. The place was easy to find and the hosts were very accommodating. I love how there's a coffee shop downstairs. My only concern was that the bed was too hard, almost felt like I was sleeping on the floor including the pillows. The air-conditioning wasn't working properly but it was resolved in a few hours. Nonetheless, it was a good stay.

The host communicated well and regularly checked in to ensure we could access the apartment. The apartment is located on a high floor in a large complex. While a bit older, it was clean and well-maintained.

Rosie is a great host. we are group of 4 and enjoy our stay at Rosie's place. She is very nice, communicative and welcome us. The kitchen supplies could be enough if you want to cook something simple. It can be improved. The location is great, downstair is supermarket. The view from apartment is amazing, I love wake up in a place like this. Highly recommend for Rosie.

We were new to Hanoi, and the Grab driver dropped us at Royal city but I didn't specify which tower, so we took some time to find Tower 5. Hong Mai was responsive and met us at Tower 5 to bring us up! The kitchen didn't have any cooking utensils, but we let Hong Mai know and brought over a pot and 2 pans the next day afternoon. I bought other kitchen essentials like chopping boards since we were cooking every day. The WinMarts downstairs have everything we need, from rice to condiments to fruits, veggies and meats. Very nice and spacious apartment, and good location with amenities, wheelchair friendly. Only small problem is the mall is not accessible by lift for wheelchair, so we had to carefully push the wheelchair on the escalator with 2 to 3 people . There is also a local market nearby within walking distance across the canal, and a street of shops across the road to explore.

The place is great. Jenn is a very great host and very helpful. She is fast providing response and also assisting us while staying there. The location of this is very great. It is quiet and there are lots of great food downstairs within walking distance. There is also many marts and a mega shopping mall just within 3 mins walk. The location is easy to find and there is a bus station nearby, which the buses goes to those attractions area easily. We are able to access to old quarters, French Quarter and other location easily via the buses eventhough the location is a bit further away. The unit is comfortable with all amenities is available. We really enjoy our stay here. The best thing is that there are many local Vietnamese restaurants nearby which served great Vietnamese foods with cheap price and delicious.

This is the best host we came across during our visit in Vietnam, She has nice apartment in Times City which is very friendly place to stay with your family. She was very helpful to make our stay a pleasant one.
