Really enjoyed my stay here. The room was super clean and just had a nice vibe - felt comfortable right away, like being at home. The host was great - quick to respond and helpful. All in all, totally worth it. Would happily stay again.

Our stay here was brief but very comfortable. Dong greeted us at the reception when we arrived and was kind enough to keep the room ready before the check-in time to accommodate for our arrival. The apartment is spacious and well-equipped. It’s also located very close to the airport, the dragon bridge, a lot of amazing restaurants and cafes, and the Son Tra night market.

I don’t normally leave reviews but this place is amazing. This is my second stay here. I first stayed here for a week and it was booked up the following week so I stayed in some other places near by for a similar price range. No where else compares. Here everything is brand new and really clean. The beds and pillows are super comfortable and the bathroom has lots of amenities with a good shower. For me the AC is really important when I stay somewhere, so far this has been the only place where the AC actually chills the room properly and is almost completely silent. There is a real attention to detail with the cleaning, for example I arrived early today and the lady cleaning the room was cleaning the fan blades. There is no musty hotel smell or anything like that it genuinely feels like you’re just at someone’s home and I sleep really well here compared to other places. Also the host greet you on arrival and there are even bicycles you can borrow to get around.

I had a really nice stay They responded very quickly, and I had a good stay without any inconvenience during my stay. It was a little noisy from the downtown area, but it wasn't uncomfortable. Thank you ^ ^

사실 숙소위치는 사진으로 보내주었지만 처음 방문하게 되면 그냥 지나치기 쉬워요. 그 외에 숙소는 깔끔했지만! 아무래도 계단이 많다보니 더운 날씨에 오르락 내리락 하려니 힘들긴해요 2층 메인거실은 실링팬과 에어컨이 있지만 더위대비해서 엄청 시원하진 않아서 각 방에 들어가서 쉬었고. 전자레인지가 없는건 너무 아쉬웠어요! 그래도 호스트는 친절하고 주변에 뭐가 많아서 위치도 좋았어요!!

Very welcoming hosts. Quite hospitable and generous. Villa felt welcoming, safe and was in a nice quiet location. Easy to get a ride into town.

Chúng tôi cảm thấy may mắn khi tìm thấy home này chỉ trước chuyến đi 2 ngày. Home rất xinh xắn, gần biển, khá sạch sẽ, nắng xiên vào phòng ấm áp, xung quanh tiện ích nhiều. Phòng ngủ rộng rãi thoải mái nhưng khu vực sinh hoạt chung như bếp hoặc khuôn viên hơi nhỏ. Vị trí Home này là trung tâm của An bàng. Tuy nhiên, phòng tắm không có vòi sen hơi bất tiện, chúng tôi đi gia đình và nhiều phụ nữ nên cần dùng vòi sen. Đường tìm khá dễ nhưng ngõ nhỏ nên ô tô 7 chỗ vào sẽ chật, bên ngoài cũng khó tìm chỗ đỗ xe vì đường khá đông đúc. Tuy nhiên chúng tôi vẫn may mắn tìm được chỗ đỗ ngay ngoài cửa Home.

We met Hang on the very first day as we arrived at her property. She was very polite and showed us the whole property and gave us helpful advice too. The place was immaculate and looked like photos. We were a group of 7 people. We had no issues living at Hang’s property. We absolutely loved it and will definitely be back if we are in Da Nang again. 100% recommended. She also owns a small cafe next door which only serves drink. Don’t miss it if you are in the area. Everything was at walkable distance. Walk for 5 minutes and you will be in the market. There were lots of restaurants, massage places and shops around the property. Da Nang Night Market is 8 to 10 mins away by car. 100% recommended

The Airbnb was perfectly located right next to the beach, making it incredibly convenient for us to spend our mornings and evenings there—it was just a short walk away. We had requested a late cleaning, which was accommodated smoothly. Overall, it was a great stay, and we’d love to visit and stay at this place again!

보기보다 훨씬 나은 숙소입니다 다 처음엔 다른 사용자들의 후기가 좋은게 의문이었는데 지내고 보니 그럴만 한 것 같습니다 다 친절한 매니저와 적극적으로 소통하고 빠른 응답이 좋았습니다 다 아침식사와 바베큐 모두 이용한 입장에서 양이 굉장히 많습니다 다 맛있는 음식과 깔끔한 시설 픽업과 드랍도 잘 안내되어 편리하게 이용했습니다

From the beginning, communication with Duc and the team was easy and thorough. They assisted us with airport transfer from DaNang, and since we had a longer stay, one way was free. Xuan met us and walked us through the home. She was also a big help when I came down with a stomach bug and needed to see a doctor. The house itself is a few houses down a side street from the main road, convenient without being too noisy. Of the two bedrooms upstairs, the smaller front bedroom did get more noise from the neighbors than the back bedroom, which shares a view onto the courtyard and pool of the much larger villa next door. That villa was empty during our stay. Decent water pressure in the shower, don't forget to flip the switch for hot water. Beds were very firm and the pillows were supportive. Blackout blinds and curtains helped make bedrooms quite dark. Would recommend.

Was a beautiful stay here. Appartment has a good home atmosphere and quite big. Super good kitchen and enough stuff to cook. Good quiet pool and view on the river. It has a bit old stuff inside and some place was dirty when we’ve arrived, but Ngoc has fixed all issues very fast. She is really helpful and was quite proactive in any questions and needs. Also the good housekeeping service included weekly. Definitely will come the next time here. Thanks Ngoc ❤️

My fam had a fantastic stay! The location is perfect—conveniently situated between Hoi An and Da Nang, making it easy to explore both cities. The host was incredibly generous with the check-out time, which was a huge plus. Communication was excellent; she was always available and responded very quickly to any questions. I loved the view of the living room and master bedroom, and it was so convenient that there were many grocery stores, restaurants, and cafes on the 1st floor of the apartment. I was also able to see the fireworks festival from the rooftop. I want to come again next time. I recommend it~

It was the best accommodation! I think Residence B is the best location in Hyatt, and it was on the first floor of Residence B, so it was perfect! The swimming pool was close by, and the playground was connected to the yard, so I used it comfortably! The host was really kind, and he responded quickly, so there were no inconveniences~ I'm going to book here next time!^^
