🦜THE AVERY 🦜 Beautiful studio apartment, designed with a sense of tropicalness. The Avery is located in Hang Ma area with plenty of tourists attractions. The area is 40 square meter, located on 4th floor of the building, elevator access, full of natural light, balcony. The studio is installed sufficiently: kitchen cabinet, washing machine, walldrobe... Ground, 2nd and 3rd floor are occupied by a Spa. Getting through the spa reception, you’ll have a direct access to the Airbnb with elevator.

A spacious room features a wooden bed with a colorful patchwork mattress. A wardrobe and small nightstand provide storage options. Natural light fills the space through a sliding glass door, which leads to a balcony. Light green walls enhance the serene atmosphere.

Perfect for anyone who is in the area for work and looking for a nice long-term stay, we extend our warmest welcome to any and all our guests! Immerse yourself in the locals' culture and way of life, with plenty of street food, convenience stores, local restaurants, and Indochina Plaza is just a 3 minutes walk away. Our home is across the street from the National University campus and within short walking distance of HITC building. Auntie Lien would love to have you with our small family!
