Vacation rentals with a home theater in Hoa Binh

It was a satisfying schedule. I was on a business trip and just slept, so there wasn't much. However, the bed sheets, pillow sheets, and blankets felt a bit messy. If it was a hotel, they would have replaced it, but... I just used it. I don't know if the bed was old, but it squeaked when I tossed and turned. It was fine except for the bed.

The apartment was exactly the same as in the photos. Thoughtfully fitted out to give a homely experience with a nice lake view.

We had a good experience with this host, we extended a few times without any issues, attended to our needs when required. The home got a great view of the lake and the surrounding city, great shopping mall downstairs. only downside is that the pool is not 100% useable without registration by the owner, so if you intend on using it, make sure to write it to the owner.

The room is very beautiful, decor according to the pink tone of the pea is very flattering. Everything is organized and carefully cleaned before handing over the room. The location is also very easy to find, you host and protect this area respond quickly and support enthusiastically so the check-in part is not difficult. Just around the corner is the mall so the food selection is also plentiful. There's nothing to complain about overall for the rental price. Highly recommend for everyone!

I really liked this place. Perfect in the host's kind and clean room. The special kitchen and everything else were so clean as if they were new, so I felt better when I cooked! And the bathroom was really clean. It was clean without a single mold mark, and I felt much better as soon as I entered because it smelled good. The bedding was fluffy without a single speck of dust, so I had a good night's sleep. I appreciate you running such a good accommodation! I'll use it often next time I visit Hanoi. It was okay because it was quiet. However, it was a little far from the mideong on the Hankintown side, but I didn't feel any inconvenience because I didn't go there often. The host's quick response was great, and even if a problem occurred, it was handled right away. I intend to use it for my next Vietnam business trip as well.

Great place to stay!! I was in Hanoi for 7 weeks and this apartment was perfect, cleaned every couple of days if required, great location for all amenities.

The host responded very quickly and was very kind. They recently adjusted the schedule for us and were always attentive during our stay, asking if we needed anything or if cleaning was required. Whenever something didn’t work properly, they immediately sent staff to fix it, ensuring we had a comfortable stay. I highly recommend this host’s accommodation.

I think the reason for traveling is to meet something new. My friends and I were able to have a pleasant trip thanks to the excellent three-story accommodation and the friendly host. In particular, I don't think I can overstate the kindness of the host. When I was injured by fire, he asked me about various factors and reassured me. It was an unforgettable memory for me to talk in the living room with my friends who came on a trip together at dawn. I'd love to visit this place again someday. I don't know when that day will be, but if that day comes, I'll be able😆 to check in more efficiently. Thank you.

The host communicates quickly. Nice people. Within 100 meters of the store. There is a cafe at the door.

She was a very friendly and responsive host, the house was worth the price since there were plenty of rooms for only the 6 of us, few of the bathroom doors can't be closed but they were clean and spacious, a big plus was how she helped us to check out late since we had a baby and elderly with us and we also had quite a late flight that day

Cozy and ideal for short staycation

I booked this place for one night before I traveled to Phu Quoc and was very satisfied. I arrived late at night, there were clear check-in instructions and everything worked out great. The view from the balcony was awesome, especially in the evening when all the lights of the houses and cars could be seen. There was a washing machine on the balcony, and certainly a big plus for a longer stay. There were also mini markets and restaurants downstairs. It was very clean and the host was easy to reach.

The apartment was so beautiful and looks like the picture, it is located in a very modern and pristine neighbourhood with beautiful surroundings. Hosts were so lovely and helpful too 😀

I was looking for a place to stay nearby because I was participating in an event in Hanoi, and I found a good value. It was the 43rd floor of a high-rise apartment on the 45th floor, so it had a good view of the lake view. They upgraded it to a room in better condition for free, and it was a neat and very satisfying room. The security was tight and the elevator moved quickly even though it was on a high floor. There was no hair dryer, but when I requested it, they brought it right away within 30 minutes, so I used it without a problem. It was nice that they responded quickly to inquiries. If I visit Hanoi next time, I want to stay again. Thank you

I needed a place to stay to be close by to the children hospital where my son had a flu and had to spend a few night. This place was a perfect nice cozy little spot with all the amenities needed. Nice restaurants is next door where the mall was and the amazing Vietnamese street food was only walking distance away. I like how it’s close to the strip also with alot varieties of cuisine.

It was just one day stay. but it was really good. very nice location to go to center of the hanoi ^^!
