Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Hoa Binh

Unique space located in the heart of the old quarter It was walkable to the Don Xuan market and although about a 20 min walk to the French quarter there were many interesting things to see. The street below was active and interesting and always entertaining while drinking my am coffee! The unit was clean and well maintained. The host was super responsive! We were really happy with the experience!

Nhung is a really good host. Her team is very responsive and helped us when the lock of the apartment malfunctioned. Since they could not get it fixed immediately, they moved us to another apartment right next to where we were staying. Free water and SIM were a delighter. One thing which could have been improved in the apartment is ventilation. The apartment has very little ventilation and could be improved.

Uyen’s place gets 5 stars because of the price point. The instructions were very clear which in Hanoi sometimes it can be difficult to correctly find a place quickly. However, regardless of price it should be noted that although the Air B&B pictured and the one I actually was given are similar, the one pictured looks way nicer than the one you actually get. The stairs are carpeted, the one pictured on Air B&B is much sharper, the mattress is on the floor which isn’t a big deal but still, it’s clearly not what is pictured. Like I said, for the price point it’s still a great deal and would recommend.

Kemkay was exactly as advertised and perfect for our family. Location in old quarter was great , just 200m to the busy areas and quiet enough to be enjoyable on the balcony and rooms. A/c worked well and home is very comfortable. Lam Son was brilliant in helping out with things to do and recommendations , very trustworthy. Would definitely stay again if in Hanoi.

Great location. Although the apartment faces the street, the isolation is excellent and there is no noise. Top floor toilet and very low shower maybe 170, but clean and tidy and really fine. Hui is serviceable and available . Arranged for us transportation from the field. That we will be in Hanoi, we will be back for sure. Warmly recommended.

3 friends and I had been traveling through Vietnam and Hanoi was our final destination before heading home. We truly enjoyed the location of this place and the walk ability it provided. You enter through a business on the bottom floor to get to your apartment, but the people were extremely friendly and made you feel welcomed. The apartment was stocked with beer and snacks that you could purchase at a very reasonable price and unlimited filtered drinking water was provided at no cost. Most of our interactions were with host Tuyen. He was very friendly and went above and beyond’s to ensure our stay was enjoyable. I highly recommend staying here if you want to be in a great location and have access to friendly hosts.

Lan is a fantastic host, always responsive and very helpful. We were met on arrival and helped with our bags. The apartment is on the 3rd floor and there is no lift, but the stairs are easy to use, being half height with a gentle sloop. The place is 2 rooms (a living room with a double bed and the bedroom), and a nice size bathroom with very hot water. Both rooms have their own balcony. While you're close to a corner and overlook a busy road the place is well soundproofed and has a double layer of doors, so is very quiet. The kitchenette has everything you need for a short stay. The building has around 80 units, the vast majority occupied by locals, so you feel part of the community. Being in old town you're close to everything, including great cafes and restaurants. While there some renovation was being done on a neighbouring apartment. This was disturbing but Lan's husband spoke with the workers and they agreed to keep the noise down at the start of the day. Highly recommend staying.

We had a really wonderful stay. The location was very convenient, making it easy for us to get around and enjoy our trip. The place itself was clean, comfortable, cozy and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. What really stood out to us was the hospitality of the hosts- Ryan, Trung and Tea. They were incredibly friendly and approachable, and they went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. All throughout our trip, they were available to assist us with anything we needed. from answering our questions, giving recommendations and even assisted us with our tour and service back to the airport. Their support truly made a difference in our experience, and we’re so grateful for their kindness and attentiveness. We would definitely stay here again. spotless, really like this kind of room style, simple and comfortable luxury, everything is very new and very clean, the host is being kind and helpful and always make the communication easy and comfortable, and right, the big balcony is definitely a plus, love it a lot, and there is cafe shop full of the street, you would surely have a great time.staying here, looking forward to the chance to come back

Son was an amazing host! From the moment I arrived, he made me feel completely at home. He was always responsive and available whenever I needed anything, and even went out of his way to check in on me and make sure I was doing alright. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and would absolutely love to visit again. Highly recommend!
