Pros: • The view is extremely beautiful. • The host is very responsive. • The room includes all the necessities for a family. • Easy walk to the beach. Cons: • The elevator is terrible, especially on weekends. • Car parking is not free (~3 USD per day). • The building is old, causing some smell in the toilet. It seems the cleaning service is not very effective.

We can recommend this house and host for everyone! 😊 The host was very kind, friendly and helpful. That apartment located in real Vietnam where everyone are happy and friendly. We and kids felt safe. Apartment is big and there was beautiful views. Our holiday was awesome here, thank you!

Duy's apartment is lovely ! It's got all you need to be comfortable when travelling. We stayed with our dog and we really enjoyed our stay there. Besides, Duy was super responsive and friendly, the check in went smoothly. PROS: The apartment is very nice PLUS Modern building with beautiful amenities: Gym, beautiful infinity pool, and convenience store downstairs. CONS: The elevator (lift) situation is horrendous. This is not Duy's fault at all, but management should def look at this issue. We were stuck in the elevator for 20 minutes, and the waiting time was absurd. That was honestly the only thing We didn't enjoy. Besides the aforementioned, we had a great time and Duy was super helpful.

recently visited Casakhang, an impressive garden house with a peaceful green space and modern interiors. Inside, the rooms are beautifully arranged, tidy, and furnished with luxurious, convenient pieces. The design is refined, combined with natural light, creating a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. What made me even more satisfied was the hospitality and friendliness of the homeowner, who was always ready to assist and share. Casakhang is truly an ideal place for those seeking a peaceful yet modern space.

The stay was pleasant, even though it was not helpful when the security asked for our villa number, and would not let us in without any other form of communication from the host. It's not her fault but it's worth mentioning. The Villa is beautiful, and the Butler is super helpful in terms of food recommendations.

Everything was very fine at a good price. I feel quite comfortable and everything is almost clean and tidy. Ms Hien is very nice to support. Will be back to her house sometime. Tks

The apartments are located on the highest floors of the building, which allows you to get a magnificent view of the ocean and surroundings. Despite the noisy neighbors, you can't hear them at all in the apartment. You will fall asleep and wake up to the sound of the ocean. The door opens with a pin code that needs to be remembered. This allows you not to carry the key anywhere with you. The apartments have a chic balcony. Unlike other balconies in this building, it is equipped with a barbecue, a table, chairs and small armchairs. We enjoyed sunsets and evenings with a cup of local coffee. There is a public swimming pool on site. By the pool from 6-00 they sell coffee, soda and ice cream at store prices. The ocean can change the coastline by 50 meters due to the tide. At low tide you can find interesting shells, starfish, crabs and shrimps. We had a great rest and almost did not pay attention to the shortcomings.

The apartment was lovely and clean. The building is well kept and has lots of amenities nearby, including a mall with a big grocery store. The pool and fitness room are a great addition, but it really does take a long time to get up there as the elevators are VERY slow. Our host was able to arrange drinking water delivery for us, which was very helpful and appreciated. We enjoyed our stay!
