great apartment for its price! although the city is not really fun, nothing to do because beach and all territory around is in the construction but grocery store and a mall are nearby, some coffee places with affordable prices

I had a fantastic stay, it was lovely to relax and enjoy the beach and the rooftop pool. The people at the reception deck are so helpful. I totally recommend this say if you want a little break from HCMC

But what made our stay unforgettable? Sofia didn’t just give us a list of recommendations – she actually took us on a little city tour around Vũng Tàu! We got to see all the hidden gems and heard all the local tips straight from her. Honestly, if you’re looking for a stay where you feel like you’ve made a local friend, this is it. Nice condotel and has everything needed for a family. May take longer waiting for elevators in peak hours, suggestion is that once the elevator arrives, no matter it is going up or down, just get in first.

An amazing stay in Vung Tau! The residence was everything I hoped for – clean, comfortable, and perfectly located. The pool was a highlight, so refreshing and surrounded by lush greenery. Having a supermarket nearby was incredibly convenient, and the host, Van, was absolutely wonderful. She was attentive, friendly, and gave me great tips on exploring the area. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Vung Tau. We’ll definitely be back!

First, the host was proactive and responsive to my questions and concerns! They made sure I felt comfortable renting the property. Upon arriving, I met their butler who was very friendly and down-to-earth. The property is beautiful. It's located in the hills of the city, so you can see the entire city and its beauty during the day and at night. Enjoying the skyline at night while relaxing in the warm colorful lit pool was the signature of the trip. The pool is 1.6m at the deepest end, which is good for me since I'm tall. The furniture and floors were spotless and the altitude of the property ensures that there's always a fresh breeze rolling through the windows. The karaoke machine worked perfectly and sound proofing was great, so you can sing late into the night without bothering neighbors. Lastly, they provide many amenities such as a mini bar, cooking tools, mosquito repellent, and towels. It truly felt luxurious and recommend to anyone who wants a private getaway in the hills.

We had a mostly pleasant stay at this apartment. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, which I really appreciated. The space was comfortable, and I especially loved the real plants around the house. The highlight for me was the beautiful triangle fish pond on the balcony, with water lilies blooming—such a lovely touch! However, the elevator system was a major frustration. Our group had three adults and two kids but was only given one key, which was required to operate the elevator. This meant we couldn’t leave separately, which was very inconvenient. On top of that, the average wait time for an elevator was anywhere from 20 to 30 minutes, so be prepared for that. Overall, it wasn’t a bad stay, and I don’t think the host is responsible for the facility issues. If the elevator situation gets sorted out, it would be an even better experience. Thank you Tho.

We had a nice welcome on arrival. The apartment was good value and it smelt nice and clean when we arrived. The towels and bed linen smelt good too. The furniture was modern and the beds were comfortable. The air conditioning worked well. The balcony was a good size and had a view of the children's pool on the 5th floor. This apartment was on the 19th floor and had a view out to the sea in the far distance. However, the seafront in the other direction was only 5 minutes walk away. The pool on the 36th floor was large and had a great view. We liked that the apartment had GS25 convenience store at the bottom of the apartments and a few small cafes/shops. I also liked that there was a Lotte Mart with a food court and shops 5 minutes walk away. Things to note: the lifts at the weekend were very crowded- could take 30 minutes. The wall between the two bedrooms had a plastic partition door which was not soundproof, which made it less private. Not the host's fault but the design.

The most kind, thoughtful and best host you'll probably meet!! The apartment was nicer in real life than in the pictures and was perfect for the city center and the beach! Lovely pool that we unfortunately didn't have time to use but beautiful was it! We prefer the beach which was absolutely amazing! We will definitely be back again and will definitely be staying with the same host! The host was very welcoming, friendly, and quick to respond - never experienced a host who responded so quickly and was so flexible and friendly!! The price of the place is a coup for the quality! Definitely value for your money!! Happy to stay here - you wouldn't regret!!!!!

Fancy, cozy place. Extra small bedroom was very nice, where you could hide and relax. Apartment is in a shade and you don't get too much sun, while having amazing view over the airport's runway. Apartment is on 17th floor. We had very good sleep here every night. Very large balcony. Elevator waiting time is the biggest weakness - building itself is huge and during holidays you have to wait a bit extra. But you get nice coworking area, nice swimming pool and even gym (a bit crowdy and small, but you still have it, in case you don't want to go anywhere else). Shopping centre Lotte is near. Beach is near. Internet is "ok". - anyway - we had amazing stay for 1 month.

Lovely place, conditions, location. The hostess is very hospitable, friendly. I helped with a variety of issues. Everything went well at check-in. We traveled with a cat and she did not refuse to check in with the animal. Special thanks to her for that! The house itself had a swimming pool, gym, sauna, barbecue. We had everything for ourselves. A supermarket , the sea and various cafes and restaurants are within walking distance. We are very grateful that we were lucky enough to stay in this apartment for 6 months. Everything was great!
