Stenhaga, house with lake plot, about 80 meters from our own lake. Large wooden deck with table and seating. Small sandy beach. Floating jetty with swimming ladder. The house is close to Smedstugan, our second house we rent out here on Airbnb. Fishing included. Salmon stocked. One fish is included in the rent, then SEK 100/salmon. Rowboat included. The kitchen has a folding section, which can be pulled completely to the side, large opening out to the balcony. Floor 1 - kitchen, TV room, bathroom. Level 2 - Living room with fireplace, balcony, 3 bedrooms. Wi-Fi, Apple TV.

Swedish lake house between Vimmerby and Västervik

Just over 15 minutes outside Astrid Lindgren's Vimmerby and about 30 minutes from the coastal town of Västervik, you will find this place with its own garden and beach (shared with the host). The view of the lake creates conditions for wonderful nature experiences - all year round! In winter, lovely fires warm you and in summer, the lake cools you! With a canoe (rented by the host), you can experience Kalmar County's largest lake with only the sound of the paddles heard and have the opportunity to see protected animals, ranging from sea eagles to otters.

Skogsstugan

Here you have a cozy cottage in the Småland forest. Here, there is peace and quiet, but at the same time, the summer town of Västervik or Astrid Lindgren's World in Vimmerby is only 30-40 minutes away by car Älgpark is about 15 minutes from here. Boat is available and the lake is just a couple of hundred meters from the cottage Maybe a fishing trip or picnic on an island at sunset. Swimming area is in Hjorted about 3 km from the cottage. Below on the field there is a great chance to see the forest's wild animals

Solhaga i sagoskogen med egen båt nära Vimmerby!

Välkomna till Skogshuset Solhaga! Här kan du njuta av lugnet, gå på äventyr i skogen och upptäcka det typiskt småländska. Huset som är nyrenoverat och modernt inrett ligger ca 25 minuter från Astrid Lindgrens Vimmerby och ca 50 minuter från Västervik och den småländska skärgården. Här finns alla bekvämligheter och från trädgården leder en stig till den magiska skogen, en plats för barn o vuxna, för lek och kontemplation. Båt i egen liten sjö ingår och barnvänlig badplats når man på 10 minuter.

Welcome to Villa Blanche a charming, white, wooden house in Stenberga – Småland. The house offers all comfort you need for a pleasant stay. Enjoy a cozy evening by the wood stove. Here you have lake Saljen close by (2km) where you can swim and fish. There are several walking trails directly from the house. In the beautiful garden we have a fire pit for grill evenings. From spring we will rent out our canoe. Go skiing, visit Astrid Lindgren park, visit a moose park or go down the zippline.

In Västervik's archipelago is beautiful Gränsö, which is a peninsula and a nature reserve located about 5 km from the center of Västervik. Västervik became the summer city of the year in 2020. On a unique waterfront plot in one of Gränsö's best locations, we rent out our fresh 56 sqm cottage, from 2013. The cottage has 2 bedrooms + sleeping loft, kitchen and living room in an open plan with a fireplace. The cottage sleeps a total of 5 people. Toilet with shower and washing machine.

It is part of an old Swedish farmhouse on a 10 hectare property located between the lakes Rummelsrum and Hyttegöl. Get to know the rich fauna and flora directly from the terrace or during long walks in the area. After a dip in the lake, enjoy a barbecue on the attractively lit terrace.

Bo i vår charmiga lilla retropärla på 78 kvm med stor trädgård strax intill Pelarne kyrka. 5 min till Bullerbyn. 10 min (1 mil) till Vimmerby och Astrid Lindgrens Värld. Huset har två sovrum, allrum, matsal, kök och nytt badrum med toalett, dusch och tvättmaskin. Två dubbelsängar (en stor, och en 140 cm bred) och en enkelsäng (utdragssoffa i matsalen, för barn eller kortare vuxen.). Gäster städar själva efter vistelsen. Ta med egna handdukar och lakan.
