About 6-7 min drive to Arendal city center. There is a bus to the city every hour about 5 minutes walk from the residence. Trampoline is set up in the garden in the summer There is plenty of room for 2-3 families or a large family. Sleeps about 9/10 people, we have some mattresses that can be put on the floor in addition to the beds. Duvets and pillow for 12 persons.

Take a romantic paddle trip rowboat or by canoe in lake, rent a motor boat and travel on discovery journey through the sea. Great fishing opportunities in the sea or in private lake. Stedet ligger i Grimstad sentrum med gåavstand til kafeer, restauranter, havna og bystranda. Gratis parkering. Det er 15 minutters gange til universitetet(UIA). Mange flotte strender i nærheten, 25 minutter til dyreparken og 20 minutter til Arendal. Loftet består av et stort rom med dobbeltseng, en enkeltseng, en hyggelig TV-krok, kjøleskap, tekjøkken med vannkoker samt et hyggelig lite bad. I tillegg har stedet en koselig terrasse med ettermiddagssol. Husdyr koster 100 kr ekstra pr. døgn.
