Living room with sofa, table and chair, double bed and large closet in the bedroom. Sofa bed and possibility of additional mattress. There is a coffee maker in the kitchen. Child-friendly apartment and outdoor areas. Possibility to borrow a baby bed. Perfect for single/couple, with a small child. The sofa bed can be folded out, but is unfortunately very hard. Parking is just outside. No electric Car charging, but charging stations just nearby

Our accommodation is located in the middle of the charming village down on the quay, where you can enjoy the view of the water, stroll along the piers or take the boat straight over to Arendal in 3 minutes.

Well equipped with TV, Wi-Fi, most kitchen equipment and washing machine. We have set check-in at 5 pm due to work situation, but you are welcome to ask if you want to check in earlier. 300m to store and bus. The bus runs approx. every 30 min to Arendal/Grimstad/Kristiansand 2km to beautiful Buøya with several beautiful beaches. Shared entrance and hallway, private lockable door.

Fra Kolbjørnsvik går det ferge til sentrum flere ganger i timen frem til kl 24 alle dager unntatt søndager og helligdager. Nabolaget svært idyllisk og nærområdene byr på mange flotte turopplevelser. Badestrender finnes innenfor 3km avstand. Bading kan også foregå fra egen brygge i hagen. Det er parkering for en bil på plassen utenfor huset. 15 fots jolle med 25 hk motor kan leies .

Nyoppusset leilighet på 60kvm som ligger i idylliske Strømsbubukt bare 7-8 min gange langs vannet inn til sentrum. Det er 1 parkeringsplass tilhørende leiligheten som ligger i 1 etg i boligen. Småbåthavn like ved, hage på fremsiden av boligen. Boligen ligger i ett rolig boligområdet så det må tas hensyn til naboer, festing er ikke tillatt. Det er to leiligheter i huset med seperat inngang til hver av leilighetene. Wifi og strøm er inkludert i leien. Dyr og røyking ikke tillatt pga allergi

Enjoy the sea view in a fully equipped nice apartment near Arendal city center, and 5 min walking distance from the railway station. The place is suitable for two people, with the possibility of two extra beds on the sofa bed in the living room (1.40). The city park with bathing jetty, volleyball and skateboard track is nearby. Bakery, seafood and grocery store are nearby. It is about an 8 min walk along the jetty to many tempting outdoor restaurants in Arendal city center.

The house is about 80 sqm and consists of two bedrooms, attic, bathroom, laundry room and living room with open kitchen solution. The house has a sea view and it is 80 m down to the city fjord. Only 5 min walk to shopping center with pharmacy, grocery store, café, etc.

Ønsker du en ferie på Sørlandet helt for deg selv i sommer er dette plassen. Det er ingen andre gjester på eiendommen. Boligen ved siden av hytten har ingen beboere ukene som er ledig. Hytten ligger nydelig til ved Nidelva 7km fra Arendal og 15km fra Grimstad. Nidelva har 3 utløp til sjøen hvor et renner ut ved Arendal sentrum og de to andre renner ut mot Torungen fyr. Det er lite bevegelse i elven om sommeren siden hytten ligger på havnivå.

Quiet area just a short walk of 8-9 minutes along the seaside promenade into the city center. Where you will find alot of nice restaurants and pubs. You can enjoy the morning and afternoon sun on the terrace. There are numerous grocery stores just waking distance away, and also bus stop just 200 m from the appartment.

The apartment has a private bathroom with shower and simple kitchen facilities (fridge and two hobs.) Double bed and two single beds on wheels, which can be pushed under the double bed. In addition, two sleeping berths. Pitch with barbecue and large outdoor area. Basically accommodates up to 2 adults and 2 children.
