The cottage is located only 500 meters from the North Sea and one of Denmark's best sandy beaches. From the house and the terraces, there is a beautiful sea view. The house is from 1966 and has a preserved charming style. The 48 sqm contains a living room, kitchen, bathroom and 2 bedrooms each with a bed of 140:200. Outside, there are terraces to the east, south and west with a gas grill. In addition, an outdoor bath and a wilderness bath that can be used for a fee. Electricity is charged: DKK 4 per kWh. The money is settled on departure in DKK or euros in cash.

The lease is from 1 pm to 10 am the following day. There is a heat pump, soap, dishwashing detergent, cleaning supplies, etc. - but remember to bring bed linen😀 and towels, and pets are welcome, just not on the furniture.

Panoramic views from the house's large living room with plenty of seating. 50 meters to the beach. The villa has a unique location, about 400 meters to Hirtshals Harbor, a town with lovely eateries and a super nice car-free beach with winter swimming facilities. The house has three bedrooms - all with double beds. It is possible to separate all the beds if you wish. In addition, there is the possibility of a seventh guest with extra bed in the large living room. Very cozy courtyard and outdoor living room can be freely used.

If you want to come to Aalborg and enjoy the city life, it is 20 minutes by car to the city center. The bathing-friendly beaches are 15 km away and can be enjoyed in all seasons. There is about 40 sqm. of terrace around the house, where there is plenty of opportunity to find shelter. There is about 900 meters to Lønstrup Town on a path along the water and fantastic beaches within a few minutes' walk. Lønstrup is known as Little Skagen because of its many galleries and atmosphere. There are good shopping opportunities and a café environment.
